Outatime Games Escape Rooms — Attraction in New Trier Township

When I played the Whitechapel Club room, I had a group with mixed levels of experience. I've solved about 270 different escape rooms at this point around the world. One of my team had never played an escape room before. Everyone had a blast.

As an escape room enthusiast, I'd highly recommend this room to anyone who likes puzzles and is looking for a good challenge. The room has a ton to work on, and the volume of puzzles and spaces means communication is key. I wont spoil anything, but Outatime does a very good job taking the players through a unique experience and a few different atmospheres that are all woven into a larger story. The room is well-designed with lots of surprises, and it's sure to keep even experienced players guessing.

My less experienced teammates also had a great time. The room had plenty to explore and study and everyone found a way to contribute. Because communications was such a key to success, the team's strongest performers might not necessarily be the most experienced. Everyone also really enjoyed the theme and the exploration of the cleverly designed space.

One of the funnest places I have ever been. My friends and I had such an amazing time that my description cannot do this place justice, you really have to try it out yourself. FIRST OF ALL, the coolest entrance that was like this small "secret" door in between a couple of buildings. After going downstairs we were greeted by two staff members who were incredibly sweet and also seemed passionate about the attraction. After the rest of our group came, we were leaded in to start our game. We easily became comfortable with the other group members and truly got into the zone. Our group finished the puzzle with only 13 seconds left! I did an escape room before, and it was NOTHING compared to the experience I had here. SO MUCH FUN! I have never done an Escape Room challenge before and WOW, what a great first experience! I was amazed by the detail and cleverness of each puzzle; it was true to theme and allowed you to really immerse yourself in the experience. We were part of a group and there were several puzzles to work on so no one was ever waiting for something to do. When we solved a clue and opened a door to the next room, I would jump up and down like a little kid - it was so exciting!! We "escaped" with moments left to spare and the adrenaline and excitement stayed with us all night. I highly recommend Outatime Games for a fun and different group activity.
