Very nice receptionist, so sweet and helpful and friendly (brown skin with glasses)

However, the services left much to be desired. When I first sat down, I had to remind the nail tech that I was only doing regular manicure, not the russian. However, she still did a russian style manicure on me (read more below).

She had a set of tools that she acted like she opened for the first time in front of me.But when I looked at the tools in the packaging, they were already dirty. So it looks like they reseal and reuse their already dirty tools.

I was getting a regular manicure with regular nail polish.I even brought my own color when she started cutting away at my cuticles, which I did not want, she cut me on about six of my ten fingers.

When she was getting ready to paint my nails, she put the nail polish color on my raw nail without putting any base coat first and I had to request it and tell her I need base coat on it first (this is nail artist 101).

When she did do the base coat she completely missed the corners on every single nail and I had to ask her to go back and do them. when she put the color polish on my nail, she did the same exact thing I had to request her to go back and paint the corners of my nail. She only brushed the polish down the middle of my nail.

She tried to put on her fan to dry my nails. And I guess she didn't use it in a while and it was so nasty and dirty that nail residual dust went flying everywhere. All over my clothes, my belongings, my drinks, and she just kept it on with the dust flying everywhere, the whole time until another staff member had to come over and tell her to turn it off

There was absolutely no customer service from the nail technician and we did not speak for almost the entirety of the service. Further, she rushed my manicure so quickly. She put three layers of polish on each nail, one layer on right after the other, without allowing the previous layer to dry properly. As a result, my nails got smudged over three times and she had to keep redoing them.

We left someone in there and went to go get food and we're gone for at least thirty to forty minutes, when we came back to pick the person up, my nail had smudged for a fourth time after leaving this place for at least an hour, which speaks to the poor quality of a job that she did.

While I was sitting in my chair, some worker came over and was like, hey, we would really appreciate it.If you left a review and then obnoxiously stood there while I awkwardly said, okay? And just took a picture of the QR Code. It's like they're trying to intimidate you or force You into writing a review while you're still sitting in the nail salon.Well, here's my review.

Their prices are pretty steep for the services they offer. My total was over 330$, we got 1 regular manicure, 1 russian pedicure, and 1 russian mani and pedi. They charge 15$ for removal of any prior product.

Like I said, the young, black, friendly receptionist was the best part of my experience. Do...

This place is wonderful! Everyone is really nice. The tea is amazing. Erma's skills are fantastic. The staff is really patient, and works with you to give you exactly what you want and or need.

UPDATED- Originally, my Sister and I went to get our mani/pedis.

So after I got home, I noticed that the gel had little fibers and every gold line was crooked which irked me, and the nails on my right hand were not straight. My sister convinced me to go back, because her technician was AMAZING. I reported it to the company, and they were willing to give me a discount on my next fill in and a different technician.

November 10th - When I went back, they gave me back to the same technician that I originally had. (They did not communicate that I requested another technician and there was no discount, when asked what happened to our agreement.)

Within 7 days the gel overlay chipped off of 3 of my nails which left my natural nails exposed. And the gel overlay were separating from my natural nails. I contacted the company they promised to have me work with another experienced technician and to give me a discount.

November 24th - I did work with my sister's technician. I wanted to take all of the gel off and start fresh, the technician assessed my nails and said that I just needed a fill-in and she could fix the broken nails. She did a good job, but within 3 days one nail chipped again (I attributed it to the original tech's technique.)

December 1st - I took my friend there to get a pedicure. She really enjoyed her pedicure and her technician did a wonderful job.

While there, I showed the technician my broken nail and she just filed it down, saying she would fix it when I came back for my fill in. Long story short, they ended up fixing it but I had decided that I no longer wanted to patronize the establishment.

I do not recommend this place if you want gel overlays, or want intricate designs. The pedicures are good (according to my sister and friend), the drinks are...

I walked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I told the women at the front desk they that I had a 1:30pm appointment. Immediately they said my name and told me to have a seat. I was offered a beverage and opted for the lemon ginger tea. I don’t know the brand but it was excellent. I waited less than 10 minutes and was escorted downstairs to the nail tech Irma K. She was pleasant and asked what I wanted. What shape nails, length and color. I showed her a photo and she nailed it. I never had a Russian manicure/pedicure before. I had no idea what I was missing out on. Irma took her time and was very precise with the shaping of my nails and the design I chose. She did my pedicure and I believe it was called a dry Russian pedicure. I could have fallen asleep she went to work and took excellent care of my feet. She cut my toe nails, shaped them and cut the cuticles. She used different buffing tools to get my feet feeling like baby feet. She washed my feet with some kind of gentle foot scrub and massaged my feet. I was so relaxed. She did my color and design and once again she nailed it. Lastly she lit what looked like a candle and poured the wax in her hand and massaged the oil onto my feet. Needless to say I scheduled my next appointment before I left. I received excellent quality service today and will continue to be a customer for as...

I’ve been coming to Amaryllis since the year started and it’s always been a pleasure. Even the one time, I wasn’t satisfied with a service, I was able to voice my opinion and they were very considerate and accommodating with efforts to make that up to me. All of their services are outstanding and range from spa services and my favorite services for recovery. Being a fitness girly, it is important to have a one stop shop where I can relax and unwind. Would always recommend 💚 also happy raffling ✨

I’ve gotten my nails done here after coming across their advertisements on social media. I received a Russian gel Mani with a French design. Typically Russian mani’s are $75 of course the price increases depending on the design you get. My first visit I paid $105 + tip + credit card tax fees. The service was welcoming, offering drinks. I ordered orange juice which they said they were all out so I opted for water. The receptionist was a little overbearing because I kept having to remove my headphones when she constantly checked on me but no real complaints- I had every intention of returning. They recently advised their prices would be increasing but I didn’t think it would increase by so much. As you see their base Russian mani was $75 now it’s $95. That’s insane! Keep in mind this is a salon that serves alcoholic beverages. It seems to me that $20 price jump was to sponsor their wannabe bar aesthetic for social media. They advertise the drinks as complimentary but as I mentioned before, they didn’t even have OJ in stock when I visited so it’s clear they’re using their revenue to keep the bar stocked & once they realized that’s expensive- they’re forcing the clientele to sponsor this unnecessary amenity. I came to get my nails done. If I wanted happy hour- I can go to the bar. At best they should be serving water, coffee, or juice. I won’t be returning.
