Wow! Where do I even begin to express our absolute delight with Artistic Stitch? We hosted both of our sons' birthday parties at this incredible venue, and let me tell you, it was an experience beyond words! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration.

First and foremost, I must give a huge shoutout to the main hostess, Diana. She was an absolute gem, orchestrating the festivities with grace, charm, and an infectious energy that had everyone smiling from ear to ear. Diana's attention to detail was truly remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of the party was flawlessly executed.

The activities provided were nothing short of spectacular. From exciting basketball and soccer games to the dance party entertainment, there was never a dull moment for the kids (or the parents!). And let's not forget about the food – delicious, kid-friendly options that catered to even the pickiest of eaters as well as amazing food options for the adults leaving everyone satisfied and full of joy.

But perhaps the best part of hosting our sons' parties at Artistic Stitch? The fact that there was absolutely no cleanup required on our end! We were able to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration, knowing that every detail, from setup to teardown, was expertly handled by the dedicated staff.

Overall, our experience at Artistic Stitch was nothing short of magical. Our sons felt like the stars of the show, and as parents, we couldn't have asked for anything more. How this hidden little gem does not have 5 stars I don’t know! Celebrated my Pisces baby’s 9th birthday here on Sunday February 27 and what a decision! Everything, absolutely everything, from the service, to the food, to the activities, and the establishment itself were on point. Diana (one of our hosts) was amazing! Our other host (very charming, young looking lady, wearing a hijab, sorry don’t remember her name) was amazing as well. I totally recommend this spot for your child’s birthday. I have a huge family, and my daughter wanted to invited her classmates. The latter brought their younger siblings. The ages were ranging from 5-17. They all had a blast! They played sports (soccer, basketball, dodgeball) and at the end had a dance party, which takes place downstairs. It is huge and the production down there is on point. lol. It literally looked like a mini nightclub for the kiddos. My guests were so happy that they will be celebrating a few birthdays there. Awesome! Artístic Stitch owners you guys are doing a superb...

Our team rented the full basketball court for 2 hours to scrim and practice for our game. The court is spaced very awkwardly and is much smaller than it seems. The floor doesn't seem like real wood either. Rather just wood planks layed over cement. These can be somewhat overlooked if the rate that they charge per hour wasn't ridiculously overpriced. They need to reduce the price to make it more reasonable. The worst part was that the employee that was managing the courts was very rude and indifferent. She started blasting rap music at high volume that we couldn't even talk to each other. When asked to reduce the volume she was reluctant and made excuses that the music needs to be turned on for everyone. When asked around no one on the courts wanted the music to be on so she reluctantly turned it off. I will not be coming back.

Tip to managers:

reduce the price. It's not worth what you offer hire employees that are friendly and mature. train your employees to at least pretend to care when your customers...
