A friend hosted a party at this location on the bottom level, and much to our disappointment the prior party did not clean up nor did the establishment offer to do so for us. In addition the heat was not working before the entire night! All the guests had to wear their coats during dinner and as they danced. Fair warning there's also an active bar right next to the downstairs event space so we could hear the patrons of the bar and their music next door. In addition to no heat in the event space, the bathroom was very run down and freezing! I do not recommend this space unless you're in a pinch. Not worth the price in my opinion. Old historic building. Needs a major renovation. Walls are dirty and in bad shape with cracks and peeling paint. Women's bathroom is disgusting. Entrance to the bathroom is huge with cracked mirrors. Then when you enter the closet space bathroom it's a shock. Pipes are exposed, toilets and sinks area are beyond repair. The hand driers do not work. No deep cleaning will do.
