I’ve been training at VITA for just a month, but it already feels like a second home.After recovering from a health scare, I needed guidance to return to lifting and build endurance again. Since day one, the tone has been all about support, accountability, and consistency over perfection. The coaching here is next-level and worth every penny. I’ve attended classes so far from Coaches Terrance, Tyler, and Michael - each are incredibly skilled, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. Coach Terrance has a way of pushing you just enough while still being deeply encouraging — I leave his classes feeling strong, proud, and confident that I gave it my all. Coach Tyler is uplifting even on tough days and makes sure you’re always seen, supported, and moving at a pace that’s right for you. Coach Michael’s technical expertise is unreal — if something’s off, he’ll spot it right away and help you correct it in a way that actually clicks.
What makes this place even more special is the community. Everyone here is encouraging, fun, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. We cheer each other on during workouts, sometimes grab coffee after class, and VITA even hosts events so we can connect beyond the gym. Read moreI’ve had a wonderful experience at Vita over the last six months, working with Coach Abigail through my second and third trimester of pregnancy. She’s helped me to feel strong, safe, and confident throughout and I’ve really appreciated how thoughtfully she plans each workout, both anticipating my needs during each week as pregnancy progressed and checking in with me. As my OBGYN was cutting into me for my c-section surgery she literally said out loud “tell your trainer I can see how defined your abs are- she’s done a great job!!” 🙃
I can’t wait to get back to working out with Abigail post partum in a few weeks! And - the Vita studio and backyard will be the perfect private and supportive setting for getting back in to my fitness groove. So lucky to have them in my neighborhood....
Read moreFeb 2025 Update: They've moved to a larger location with more equipment and new coaches! I've been doing weight training with Mel in the mornings and she's fantastic. She challenges me and is fun to work out with. I love this gym!
Jan 2024: The space is clean and there is plenty of equipment for a small class. Terrence is the main trainer and he’s fun, professional, and insightful.
They’ve recently made some upgrades and simplified how the classes and billing works, which is great. Also, they now offer additional nutritional guidance and workouts through an app for those who you’ll like more ways to improve.
