BUW Human Hair Factory Store -- New York — Attraction in New York

HORRIBLE customer service. Like, so bad, it was laughable. First of all, I was barely acknowledged when I walked into the store; it wasn't particularly busy, but the woman who worked there was clearly annoyed, and talked to another customer about having to always stay until closing time because people were still coming in to shop - why she was talking about this to a customer, I don't know, but she was doing a lot of complaining about it. I had questions about the wig I wanted to purchase and she provided the most basic information, like she was annoyed that I was asking questions. She was very inattentive as I was completing my purchase, and once my transaction was done, she never said another word to me, even as I thanked her and told her to have a good day.

I had hoped the quality of the wig would make up for the abhorrent customer service experience, but the construction of the wig cap isn't the best, and the wig shed like CRAZY on the first install. I bought a better quality wig on Amazon that was in the same price range.

I wouldn't shop here again nor recommend...

I’ve had bad experiences with sales reps at regular beauty supply stores. First of all coming in here Dominecia is very welcoming, I came with my mother, (who had actually told me about the store) along with my 2 toddler boys , who would very much so like to be anywhere else except here lol. I had told my boys to stand to the side and let us look around , Dominecia immediately offered two chairs for my boys to sit and watch their iPads and eat snacks. She was BEYOND informative and just beautiful to deal with, like we literally began talking about all of everything. For as long the store is in business, We will always be back. Thank you Dominecia for the best hair shopping...

This location does not have a good selection.

This is my 3rd time purchasing a unit from them. Each time I purchase a unit I find that the unit sheds more than expected, the hair is not true to length and they never have what’s advertised.

Additionally costumer service does not exists at this store I was told that there were some changes and went in good faith. As you can tell it was a big waist of time.

They say that if there is a problem with the hair and the lace is not altered they can do a refund. But they don’t.

The shop manager, that’s always in the back, despite what they say , states that they can’t control how the factory makes the wigs.
