This place was okay. I honestly feel like it’s another one of those places that get over hyped on Instagram and in reality it’s not really that. My group made reservations that were after happy hour. 2 of us got there early so they directed us to the bar as (to spend money of course) there was “no space” so we couldn’t order nothing from the happy hour menu except drinks 😒 we were literally standing in front of a “reserved” spot at the bar with 2 watered down drinks on each side of the sign. 1. I’ve never heard of reserving spots at the bar. 2. That “reserved” spot was there all night and no one ever showed. It was clearly a trick they use to fill up space at the bar so only a certain amount of people can actually enjoy the happy hour menu. That was whack. My tacos were so dry, the fried chicken was good. The drinks were not it. I saw that in a review but I like to try things for myself. I had lemon drops all night. The first one I ordered right before happy hour ended and that drink was the best one. It’s normally the other way around. Happy hour drinks be bad and then the drinks get better after that but it wasn’t like that. I had my drink remade and it kept getting worse. My sister ordered vodka and cranberry and it taste like straight cranberry juice. She returned the drink and said they can keep the money she’ll just order wine for the rest of the night, the woman made her wait and left from behind the bar to find the owner to ask his permission. We did not understand the need for that as she was not asking for her money back or anything. The music was good and diverse which was very cool but we probably won’t return here or recommend.

After work, my coworkers and I decided to unwind at Cave. I arrived a bit earlier and thought I’d grab a bite before indulging in some drinks. I ordered the ribeye steak, which I requested medium-rare but got medium instead. Surprisingly, it was still juicy and delicious—no complaints there! I also had the calamari, which was very crispy and paired perfectly with the sauces. The servers were definitely attentive throughout the night, making sure we were well taken care of. As for the drinks, they weren’t the strongest, but they still had a nice kick. The hookah here is also top-notch, definitely high quality. Overall, it was a great spot to relax after a long day, though a slightly better-cooked steak would have made it a five-star experience.

Cave is amazing Resturant as far as the food and the service. a lot of space, colorful decor and beautiful staff. very attentive. However.. I am concerned about their Policies, charges and procedures. when you sit-down to eat they ask to hold on to your credit card and identification which is given back to you when you are ready to leave. kinda suspicious. the next thing is the different charges on your bill. hopefully someone in the comment can explain it to me better. GRATUITY PERCENT:20.00% , OPERATING FEE: $6.50 and when you get your credit card receipt to sign there is still an option on the receipt asking for "TIP". I will add pictures of my receipts to this review so customers and potential customers can share their thoughts

This review was left over 2 years ago the owner never felt the need to call back or pick up the phone ! oooooohhh boy, where should I start ! I require the owner to get back to me ASAP!!! with Explanation of Unreasonable Overcharging. Otherwise, I will charge back with the credit card Company !

So the first impression is amazing!!!, from the Security guy outside taking his job Seriously to the Interior inside... The place Décor Looks amazing . The DJ is up too date !

That's About it with the Good news ! I'll start With the Prices :

The WORST thing can happen to you as a customer when you are going out to relax with friends and drink. You Realize that the restaurant taking ADVANTAGE of your situation to OVER CHARGE YOU ! Please take a look at the Picture attached.

For the OWNER ----- SO THAT YOU KNOW!!! U R NOT ALLOW TO CHARGE ANY EXTRA CHARGERS AND WHAT SO EVER THAT NOT WRITTEN ON YOUR MENUE ... IT IS ILLEGAL !!!!

Hookah : ( I'm A hookah Fan ) I read the Menu few times.. NO WHERE an I repeat ..NO WHERE!!! on the menu written that there is a Extra $10 charge for Disposable Hose. BTW The HOSE IS PART OF Hookah!.. (You can't Separate it, because there is no other way to smoke the Hookah without a hose, By the DEFINITION ). There So, You CAN NOT charge For hookah spared then the hose! ( Especially when it is not correspond with the menu!!)

Total Over charge After tax and service $25.75

The Pineapple Hookah all the way from the Beginning didn't smoked any smoke ! I asked the Hookah guy at list 3, 4 times to do something with that, SO We can Enjoy it as much as we do With our Grapefruit Hook. No RESULT!

Drinks : We Order The Jack Daniels bottle Which Should cost $180 ( You charge us $200 ) 🤔🤔🤔 Going down our bill : 2 drinks of Jack Daniels & Coke : $96 ( what are they made of to cost $48 each ) 😱😤 Next , 1 drinks of Jack Daniels & Coke : $24 ( isn't supposed to be $12 drink, why did you charge double price ) 😱😤🤔

That is Extra charge of : $128 before tax and 20% service After tax and 20% service Its $164+$25 (Hose )

Total Over Charged $189

Service : Please do us all Favor either Train your Stuff for better Service or LOWER THE SERVICE FEE TO 12%

within 50 minutes I Personally Asked 4 people to change our Hookah coals, each and every one said they will do that.... For almost 1 hour no one bother to come back and do that. we couldn't Enjoy both of our hookahs.

AND the Cherry on top of the cake Over $800 bill They can't split the bill between MORE...

This was my birthday!!! I’m sorry I couldn’t put - instead of 1 Star. So I went to this spot because my other spot was full to capacity. Anyways I’m there and it started raining after I got my drink (not their fault) there were no napkins and I wasn’t handed any with my drink. I had to get up and go to the next table to get some napkins and when the waitress saw me doing that she went and got me some. This was after My drink fell over on the table, spilled and the glass broke, I’m still surprised to how it broke so easily. Anyways I’m there waiting a while to see someone, actually waving (I was sitting outdoors and they were inside) I was expecting them to at least be looking outside. So when the guy finally comes outside I explained that the drink spilled and if I could get a new one, the guy said yes and brought me a new one. I ordered two more drinks apart from that one. Anyways when my bill came I was charged for the drink that spilled, I asked my waiter “Am I supposed to pay for the drink that spilled?” He replied “there wasn’t anything in there” (even though he had to wipe off the table when serving my food and the wetness was barely from the rain) so I told him “yes I had drink in there” then he responds “well I’m not the boss”. So I just paid, the total was $87.13 including a 20% tip so I gave him $90 and he returns with the checkbook w/ the receipts and walks away. I didn’t see him to ask for my change (even though I’m not petty over small change but I was already passed about a drink I had to pay for) so I just laughed and left. Said all this to say, I’ll never go back ever again. WORST SERVICE EVER GIVEN & ON MY BIRTHDAY!! But I’m guessing it’s because it was a...
