I ultimately feel if you aren’t a local and someone they decide deserves to be treated well that they have a rep-or with they will try to deter you or pick and choose how they do business with you .The customer service regarding over the phone delivery ive found Disappointingly odd and Ill mannered . I have tried to place orders for delivery multiple times over the phone only sometimes succeeding .I’m deeply offended by the dismissive attitude and disregard to a very respectful paying customer . It shouldn’t be a challenge for me to get a bite to eat . Delivery is offered here , I live nearby the establishment, I don’t understand the what feels like disdain towards a customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. And it is very deterring to make it harder for someone to support your business when they have done nothing to disrespect you or said business .Due to that despite the food being flavor full and the store never seeming untidy I would say the manner in which I’ve been spoken to is borderline disturbing and I don’t appreciate being almost “bullied” out of being a customer somewhere . I was on my way to work and randomly stopped by. I got beef and chicken patties to go. I looked at the phoularies and the lady behind the counter (Norissa) asked me if I would like to try it. I did and loved it and got an order to go as well with their tamarind sauce. There was a man in the restaurant I greeted him and asked what was his favorite juice and he said lemonade, so I also added that to my order. Everything I ordered was good and made me glad I stopped by. Although, I live in another borough I will definitely be coming back for the food, the customer service especially because of how nice Norissa was, and how clean the shop looked. Been going to this place for 7 years and have finally grown terribly annoyed with the inconsistency. I've come home with spoiled food on multiple occasions. Staff is nice but not a good enough reason to buy spoiled food. I ordered shrimp and chicken curry one week--- both spoiled. Went back 3 weeks later and order salt fish, chicken curry, and okra. The okra was spoiled. Staff tried to be accommodating but needed to call "Fay" before they could comp me for the $30 of spoiled food I ended up with.
