I usually have a great experience but today, I was given a different portion and charged more? Then, I had to argue my case and SHOW THEM the meat they gave me was unacceptable. So unfortunate because my experience before today was great. If you’re shy and back down easily, this may not be the place for you because I definitely had to match my servers’ energy (a bit aggressive). So I ordered Tostones, Maduros, carne Frita and chicharron de pollo. After waiting an hour, which is understandable, my food arrives. Maduros missing.

I call back. 30 minutes later still don’t arrive. My tostones getting cold and so are my meats as I wait for the order.

Ruined the entire meal. Cold tostones suck. Wanted everything fresh and hot, together.

They should have replaced the entire meal. Take the cold food back.

I should’ve ordered Chinese.

The food here is always great, I pick up the staples before going by my grandparents. It's got a home cooked feel for sure. I typically go with white rice, beans, rotisserie chicken, pork shoulder, and sweet plantains. They may have a paella which is also really good.
