Confetti — Attraction in New York

I went to confetti last year to rent spider man and face painting for my son 4 birthday part I paid whole amount advance i was so disappointed the guy who was supposed to be playing spider man did not know what to do he didn’t know any spiderman moves spiderman uniform was broken in the back it was so embarrassing family and friends was there the daughter who face paint he custom was so dirty and old i was so disappointed on top of things spider man was gay every one noticed it and was asking me where did I find these none professional people I had used confetti 11 years ago for my daughter birthday and these people fell off I was so mad because they knew the spider man costume was broken then to top it off she tried to put it together with a safety pin none of the kids got close to spider man never again they truly got my hard earned money for free. I had a prior conversation with the owner Lourdes before coming and was willing to rent from her consistently every month.I called the owner of Confetti to see the space told her I was coming from far over an hour an 15 min. to see the place. I get there to see it she literally gave me 10 min. I had to ask her can I look around she was setting up for a party. Really didn’t want to communicate with me at all as I had questions on pricing told me to call her the next day. When I called her the next day she said she’d call me back and never did. I felt very unwelcome and she was very unprofessional and dismissive and would never patronize her business and had other people of my staff willing to rent from her. Now...

After searching & searching for the prefect place to celebrate my sons 1st Birthday I came across Confetti & I’m glad I did. There aren’t enough words to express how happy and pleased I was with there service. From the very beginning Lourdes was so helpful accommodating. Their pricing is very reasonable.
