Kennedy Chicken and Burgers — Restaurant in New York

I purchased a large pizza from this store, the taste was terrible and the pizza was excessively sweet, far from what is expected from a pizza. Upon contacting the store to address the issue, they offered us the option to return the pizza for a refund. However, after arriving to the store they made us wait 30 minutes although they were informed multiple times in store about the issue only to tell us they won't give us a refund over missing 2 slices. Which were discarded because we literally could not eat them and opted to pay for the discarded slices which they still refused. After this we just put the pizza on the counter and left. If you want to save your money and time STAY AWAY...

I really wanted to like this place, as I try to support local and small businesses. You can tell the front of house staff is passionate about what they do. The chicken was cooked very well. However the coating, which should have been crispy was sparse with little flavor. The mashed potatoes are a mix of powdered box and real potatoes, but taste more like boxed potatoes. Ordered the fried shrimp and the oil was not fresh. They have desserts. The space is clean and nice but the food is not the best. It is also is branded Texas Chicken and burgers on the store - but is no where near as good as Texas Chicken and Burgers. It is also a little pricey for what you get and quality is not...

Terrible customer service. Cashier was very rude and jumping the gun after we haven’t completed our order than tells us afterwards that some items were not available but was still willing to charge us full price. He was rude to other customers coming in. My husband and I both witnessed our sides being thrown into a microwave and they were still cold. I really don’t know what to think of this place anymore. Just seeing how he handled our food made both my husband and I Disgusted and we will not return to this location. Atleast the chicken was hot and fully cooked. Everything else...
