fitting rooms are not cleaned. had my sibling, who is a minor, accused of stealing because of a tag on the floor... this would have never happened if the rooms were supervised and regularly kept clean. sibling also felt that employee was spying on her and did not feel comfortable or satisfied with the service. employee was very rude since the beginning. not only was she accused but they also assumed that her pants was the item "stolen" and sibling felt defenseless so she had to unfold the band of her pants to show the employee that she was innocent. Walked into this store today. And was extremely disappointed in the employees that were there while I was shopping with My mother who needed something from this store. We were never greeted by the two employees who were just talk amongst themselves and was never asked if we needed help. We needed a size, but because of the total none attentive response from the employees left a bad taste in my mouth. I just shouted out don't worry. We are good and just left. Mind you. I had a great experience at Cotton On in the Staten Island Mall! The two Hispanic employees — the young man with the buzz cut and the young woman — were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I found everything I needed, including the right pant size, and let me use the fitting room. The young man even moved a stool for me.
