Absolutely horrible experience. My fiancé and I are already engaged and wanted to upgrade my ring. We ordered a beautiful bridal set that Diane swore we could split once it got here and place my stone from my old ring in the middle. We put a deposit on the ring ($600). Once it finally got there after months of waiting I came in to pick it up only to find out Diane lied and they couldn't split it. I asked how this was possible since we already put a deposit down and she said she could still try to do it and do me a favor but the ring would now be $1,000 more than the price she promised. A $2,200 ring she now wanted $3,200 for. I was extremely upset. They are liars and thiefs. This was the last time I'll ever go here. I told her I'll go discuss with my fiancé and let her know. When I called back later and politely told her I was "very upset" and if there is anything she can do since we put a deposit on it she said no and hung up on me. Very rude staff, absolutely...

DO NOT waste money on any item at Kay Jewelers. Me and my fiance wanted to just get his wedding band from here. Luckily we got my engagement and wedding rings from somewhere more official. We ordered his wedding band online and had it delivered to our address. (We did the same for my rings. Again from somewhere different) we rushed home when we seen the package was delivered since we were at an appointment. When we retrieved the package my fiance opened it and there was no ring. I seen his face go from excited to disappointed in 2 seconds. The box looked like it was previously opened and then taped again with ups tape. Someone ripped off one flap of the box. So we opened a case with Kay jewelers and Kay jewelers stated they can't do anything since the ring was in the box when it was shipped. He even asked to either have another ring sent or refund. No luck. Now we opened another case. Waste of time and money! Never again will we purchase anything from here....
