Me and my husband and kids went here in the evening. We were all helped individually by all the young teens in this store. Right away a young girl guess my ugg size and brought me a pair to try on the perfect fit and great attitude same for the other young girl who helped me and my 11 yr old find the nikes we wanted. To then see my husband getting helped by a young gentleman picking out his first pair of uggs. I can tell you my husband is not an easy customer and ask a billion questions. But when I got to him he already had his pair and the young man with a great attitude was answering every question with a smile. Great selection and great employees. SOLD ME USED SHOES!!!!!!!!!! My mistake for not looking at the shoes before buying them, I will never swap used for new shoes and returned them I am not broke. I am really disappointed on the staff of this foot locker and will never return there again . I never left the mall, they can even check the camaras, I went back to returned them and as expected the bald guy that works there accused me of swapping the new for old shoes, I didn't argue with him because i was expecting that reaction , but it was a horrible experience.
