Customer service is quick, the cashier greeted with a nice hello and was nice. Ordered a hot americano. Tasted great. I do have to say the prices are a big high but they are a big brand. They have many types of desserts, next thing to try will be the gelato. The area has lots of sitting tables around the cafe. The cafe is located inside of the food court, right in the middle. You cant miss it.

We love Illy coffee and we have been very exited when this place opened. However, baristas at this place somehow managed to screwed up everything. Coffee is watery and the milk that is used kills the taste completely. Do yourself a favor and try Illy coffee somewhere else.

very overpriced.... i want people to understand what is the real illy... this latte with white and rose chocolate i tried in Abu Dhabi but unfortunately USA ILLY FAILED big time.... no even little hope to get something similair and its overpriced compare to the rest of the world... no flavours or beautifl cups... nothis...
