My co worker and I use to frequent ShakeShack near The SI Mall, The hispanic manager was very nice, even gave us complimentary cards for a free burger, because we became regulars, atleast 3 times a week! There is a white girl with glasses that isnt friendly(and I think she is a supervisor in the making or whatever she is) that gives off racist vibes, I always asked for my burger and fries to be cooked with NO Salt!, She would make sure my burger was loaded with salt, and when I bit into it juice would saturate the bread!its like she would whisper to her little friend, and my food would be salty! All of this stems from me asking for a complimentary cup and I would put abt 5oz of soda from the fountain, and she would always be watching us, to see if we would get soda from fountain. MY NAME IS SUNSHINE, SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHO I AM, and because of her, I stopped going to Shake Shack near the mall. That girl is a racist and her energy with the white customers was TOTALLY SWEET AND PLEASANT. the fact that staff cooking would look at US, lets me know she was saying things about US, and yes I am a woman of color. I would come in with my scrubs on, all the time, and my name is Sunshine, and I would never step foot in that ShakeShack again! Thanks to the skinny caucasian girl with the glasses on, Shack Shake lost a...
Read moreI am disgusted to see that a pregnant woman had to wait in line for a MAN to come out the restroom. Yes, the restrooms are gender neutral and that’s cool but NOT the problem. I observed an employee go into the restroom that’s clearly marked out of order and use it. Come to find out, the bathroom isn’t even out of order, they are ONLY letting employees use it as a “personal” restroom therefore causing a CONSTANT line for the other restroom. What was more uncommon was to see the new DM and store manager (I asked another employee about a job opening so I could see a manager and they pointed out a guy and lady sitting RIGHT by the bathroom and said who they were) sitting there and could see the line as well but I guess customers needs doesn’t matter regardless of spending money there or not. Very disturbing to hear from another patron that it’s “been like that for months”. So a plumber must be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to fix the problem I’m assuming if this has been going on for MONTHS!
Sign reads (verbatim) : BEAR WITH US This restroom is temporarily out of order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Guess I’ll keep randomly going by and seeing if the bathroom has been fixed and post picture to keep every...
Read moreShake Shack never disappoints when it comes to food! Every time I go, the food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. The burgers are juicy and perfectly cooked, with the shack sauce adding the perfect touch. The potato buns are soft yet sturdy, holding everything together perfectly.
Their crinkle-cut fries are always crispy and well-seasoned, and if you get them with cheese, it takes them to another level. And the shakes? Absolutely top-tier—thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Whether it’s vanilla, chocolate, or one of their seasonal flavors, you really can’t go wrong.
The service is quick and efficient, even during peak hours, and the staff is always friendly and professional. However, the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5 is my most recent visit, where the bathrooms were filthy. There was a lot of urine on the floor by the urinals, making the restroom feel unsanitary and unpleasant. The bathrooms must be cleaned more often, at least every 30 minutes throughout the day, to maintain the same high standards as the rest of the restaurant.
Overall, Shake Shack remains one of my favorite fast-food spots, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. If they improve restroom cleanliness, it would easily be a...
