Dollar General — Attraction in New York

Horrible experience had to file a complaint. Went in as always to get laundry soap to do laundry next door as we do weekly or bi weekly. This day the cashier who appeared to be a manager or one in training was talking loudly, rudely, and was being very dismissive to all customers. He even had been cursing as he spoke to another off the clock employee about someone who was just fired the day before. Just completely unprofessional. To top it off I had a digital coupon loaded when it was my turn after waiting 10mins I typed my number in he rang the two items up and said the total I said theres a coupon $2 off he said well you got the wrong item than, wouldn't even look at the coupon. I left the register went and grabbed another tide pod bag different sent and different count (the original was the same pictured on the coupon) stood in line for 15mins and it happened again this time he called a manager on the phone to override after I showed the add and coupon again. Just complete disrespect and waste of time. Why not look and override from the start just complete disregard to customer service. Wrong industry for him as he showed how miserable he is...

THIEVES ! I PURCHASED ITEMS ON MAY 15 2022 A SUNDAY AT AROUND 1:40 PM, THE CASHIER A FEMALE WITH GLASSES STOLE $20 FROM ME AND MADE IT SEEM LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG. MY ITEMS CAME UP TO $41 PLUS TAX I GAVE $18, $6.50 AND $20 BUT THE CASHIER SAID I STILL OWED AN ADDITIONAL $20 WHICH DIDNT MAKE ANY SENSE. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. I WAS YELLED AT AND LAUGHED AT AS IF I DID SOMETHING TO UPSET THEM. You get a 2 only because of the manager that works there I don't remember her name but she's great the rest of you smh are the worst you don't know how to talk to people constant attitude look I understand that the hood is like 2 blocks away but why do you guys have to behave in a manner that makes a customer like me not want to come back.
