Falcon Tour & Travel — Attraction in New York

I would never use this company again. I tried to work this out with Nick the Manager and Mohammed the owner. Been trying since March privately but neither one see this as a problem and is not offering what I am looking for. See below

Bus arrived on time but with the heat blasting in the back. It was absolutely stifling. We had to show the driver Eddie, how to change it over to air conditioning and then wait out 15 minutes before leaving to let it cool down a bit. Saturday was very warm so you can imagine how hot the back was. Eddie went over contract with me and said the tip should be 20%. He also said it took took 2.5 hours to get there and he has a long day ahead of him. I explained I talked to Falcon about this beforehand and was told drivers are paid for their full time and tip is is not expected but discretionary. We were planning to give a 10% tip either way. I just didn't like how forward he was asking for it up front and mentioned his long day. The drive to AC was suppossed to be 55 minutes. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes. The bus engine broke down and we were only able to drive at 20 MPH. We even had to stop in an abandoned gas station to let the engine cool down before finishing the ride. As you can imagine, all the guys on the bus were now getting upset. The heat, the tip, and now this incredibly long drive. Eddie missed the exit for Borgata! He had no idea either, we had to tell him he was past it and had to go back. We needed to do a u-turn. Then he takes us to the back of the building where the employees enter. He needed to ask an employee for directions and got one in a small pickup truck to give us an escort. Ediie took my cell phone down and said he would get back to me about another bus coming. He calls me about an hour later and says the bus will be there at 10:30 to pick us. How the original trip was pickup at 6 and dropoff at 12. We were going to get picked up by bus at 11:00-11:15 at Borgata to drive home. Why would I want to be picked up earlier after we just took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get there? He said, oh i thought thats what you wanted. Of course, I did not. We had calls several times back and forth with someone named Shiek or Shake? I think he owns NJ Limo Bus but not Falcon. He complained to him and got another bus to pick us up at 12:30. We got picked up and Eddie was waiting in front of bus and said, You are still going to tip me right? I was so annoyed with this guy but just said screw it and paid him $120 as a tip. No issues on the way home. The guy who drove us was super nice. I think his name was Oscar. Much better driver.

This was a horrible experience overall. Everyone was upset. I honestly think the whole trip should be refunded. However, people need to get paid for their time so I'll leave that up to Falcon. Something big...

Falcon Tour & Travel website advertises they offer a premium experience for customers and shows pictures of many different buses/limos that are all new, clean, and clearly top-quality vehicles. When I called to book our rental, I knew I was planning late but the gentleman on the phone told me they had a cancellation for our weekend so they could accommodate our party of 20 for a party bus for prom. We scheduled the date and time and set the pickup time and hours for service. Although the website stated $90/person, I was advised it was $100/person because that $100/person would include all charges including tip for the driver. Just over a week prior to the event, I received a call from a gentleman letting me know that Falcon had contacted him as a third-party provider to handle our event. He had the details of our trip wrong and I told him I think he had the wrong person he was calling and asked him to confirm with Falcon. The day before our event this same gentleman called me again and said he was handling our trip. He let me know that he knew I had settled all charges with Falcon, but he would need to be paid the tip. I informed him that we had been quoted a price that included tip and he told me I would need to call Falcon to clear that up because they told him I would pay him a tip. I talked to Falcon and after two phone calls they let me know that our $100/person was all inclusive and we would not be responsible for tip. The gentleman driving us for our event let me know that his bus "wasn't much to look at from the outside" but was "nice on the inside". When the bus arrived, it was a very old RV that had been converted into a party bus. Complete with rivets on the side that looked like bullet holes, spray painted with the name of his business and phone number (spray painted name/number has been removed from the photo because this is no fault of the driver Falcon hired). It had a very loud generator on the back and had curtains in the window that were extremely stained and gross. The inside looked more like a saloon rather than a party bus from the company's website. When I contacted them that day letting them know that this was a clear case of bait and switch and that for the money we spent we would have expected a vehicle that more closely matched their website pictures. I received no response to my email. No make matters worse, a group that rented from them for the same event were provided with a party bus that matched what was advertised on their website and for a lower price per person. If Falcon Tours had even attempted to make things right, this would have been a completely different review but they have not bothered to respond and were happy to hire someone with a very cheap vehicle and make extra money off my rental by offering me a subpar experience...
