My name is Linda Corcelles. I shop at Fine Fare supermarket all the time. Their prices are not bad. Their staff is friendly. And very nice I give them a ten plus. Insofar as good service. Great group of employees

Very affordable quality goods! The store is well stocked and maintained. The staff are very helpful and everything is well labeled. Will be hard to be confused or lost from the options.

I just that to a snack bruschette crackers, it was in and out good customer service. They usually have plenty good snacks I enjoy.

I always go to this particular supermarket right after I come from the hair salon a few blocks away. It is one of the best supermarkets in upper Manhattan. It is always well-stocked with many of the products that I have difficulty finding in my own neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY. I always find fresh meat and produce at great prices and I’ve never found any expired products in their store. Unfortunately most likely because of the store’s location and the race and ethnicity of the neighborhood, homelessness, drugs, etc,(which are everywhere) this particular store must have suffered great loss due to thieves.Yesterday I came in the store with my handbag and a shopping bag which ( I would use for my purchases at that store) the bag had 2 small bottles of water and an additional folded shopping bag in it. The guard??? or just a male employee stopped me when I entered the store and told me that I would have to check my shopping bag in first. I have never seen a bag check at that store before. I refused to do that and so I left the store. What makes anyone think that if I were a thief and I decided to check in my shopping bag with the bottles in it that I couldn’t steal something and place it in my handbag or my pants pocket or even down my bra? I refuse to do business in any business that has a bag check. I am insulted by it. I am a paying customer. Whenever I purchased at that store I spent a lot of money there. Management should either hire real trained security guards or even NYPD police officers to not only post at the entrance of the store but walk through the store as a deterrent. They should only hire employees who speak and...

Update, now the cashier people won't help you pack your items unless you purchase a bag from them. I've never seen this laziness on any supermarket before. On top of that, they hurry you up because there are people on the line. What a nerve. // Many items have no price tag. There is no price checking machine. If you ask an employee about a price he will insult you, telling you that he doesn't know because his expertise is placing the items, not tagging prices. You need a crystal ball to find out the prices. // They screwed me with the Goya tomato sauce. They had a special price 5 for some amount, and they charged me over 1 dollar for each little can....

Great prices, items in there can be anywhere from 1-4 dollars cheaper than other stores. Also you can find a lot of specialty items (stuff popular within the Caribbean, Latino and African communities.)

The downfall is that customers are rude (lots of arguements happen here), there's a lot of lottering in the store and the staff barely enforce rules and guidelines.

The most they care about is stopping people from stealing (Which they don't do a good job at. Every time I'm in there I see at least one older person or little kid swiping stuff.)

THERE COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING SUCKS. And most of the time cheap prices do not out weight the...
