Cherry Tree Park — Attraction in New York

I allowed my kids to play at this park even though I don't like them to go to any park that's in a hood area. I was not present when a man with dreads came to my kids cursing and being disrespectful because their parents was not there. 2 adults say that this man does this everytime to kids who go to the park with no parental guidance. So please be careful sending your kids to this park. His whole family wears dreads so you can't miss him. He cursed at my child cause his kid was staring at my daughter rolling her eyes at her for no reason and my 6 yr old daughter does not have any filter and speaks her to ask the girl what is she staring at? This is no reason for you to cone to a 6 yr old and threaten a child over her asking a question. He claim he was going to be in the park everyday till he saw me but when we came to the park, he was no where to be found.
