i went to Teppanyaki One Grill yesterday around 10:45 a.m., right when the sign on the door said they open. The doors were unlocked, so I went in and waited about 7 minutes before anyone came out from the back. When an employee finally came, he rudely told me they weren't open yet. I asked why, since it was already 10:50 a.m., and he said, "Nobody came to work, so the grill is cold." He said it would take another 30 minutes before food would be ready. When I asked for the supervisor's or manager's name, he pretended not to understand English and refused to give it to me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got to say... I was a little skeptical about the location when it first opened. Especially when nobody was eating inside when Im passing by.
But after craving for some teriyaki chicken, I'm like, "U know... Let me give it a shot"
Ordered when there are people eating inside, so that's a good sign.
Atmosphere is very friendly and customer service was very professional.
Tried the combo box. I got to say, it's definitely not the best I had, but it's a place I'll definitely go back to again when I don't want to travel LIC for my craving and this is the next best thing.
