francis yao lin nail salon — Attraction in New York

I am new to the area of Queens, having relocated from west coast. I went for my 1st post-covid, post-vaccination gel manicure. A treat. Looked up nail salons, read reviews and chose 1. Had the nails done and 2 days later, they started to chip. Had no time to go back, and was too disgusted anyway, so I went to a 2nd a week later. Same thing happened but this time I wasn’t walking away, so I went back 3 days later to have them redone. They redid 5 nails at Grace’s Nails & Spa on Hollis Blvd but with a major attitude. The next day, a Sunday, while doing nothing, the nails started to chip again. Every single nail had its tip chipping away. Found a 3rd place, Yao Lin’s on Francis Lewis Blvd. 3 salons in 3 wks. She looked at my pathetic nails and decided to use powder. My nails came out beautifully!! I am a busy doctor and don’t need to show up for work with jacked-up funky nails that looked like I had a toddler do them. Wish I knew the lady who did my mails at Yao Lin’s because I want to thank her. . She was patient and a professional. Place was busy and yet they took me in as a walk-in within 15 min. Will go...

Got my nails done today 9/27/2023 the girl who did it messed up my nails. First off my nails are crooked I wanted ombré she couldn’t do that so I got my nails one color and she messed that up. Then I find out today’s her first day if it’s her first day they should have never let her try doing SNS anything for that much and I heard a lady say this isn’t what I wanted but it’s whatever that’s when I realized she had the nail tech I did I really did like coming here but I don’t think I’ll be going back this is the 2nd time within 2 months they messed up my nails and my nails are real no tips at all I’m so disappointed a 2 year old can do a better job smh then gonna tell me $42 please if you go there make sure you ask for COCO or WENDY when getting your nails done and MARIA or ANNA for pedicures anybody else it’s epic fail I’m gonna follow my kids and just go to there Nail tech for now one cause this makes no sense and the other place does way better work and...

Francis Yao Lin nail salon, always provides me with exceptional service. I have been getting my nails done by the beautiful Coco for about some time now, and she always takes her time and does an amazing job. Whenever she does my nails it lasts a very long time, being that I’m a busy mom I don’t always have the time to get my nails done, and the way Coco does them it gives me the ability to get them done every 4-6 weeks. She’s amazing. I get my pedicures done by Peter and he as well does an amazing job. Francis Yao nails is the place to go if you want to get your nails done at an affordable price with great quality, best of all AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend Coco for SNS, or a full set and Peter for a great pedicure. Overall, the entire staff is great and the owner is very friendly.
