I ordered from Uber Eats for pick up . My Uber app said ready for pick up so i walked in to pick up my order. told staff member my pick up is ready. He looked at me and did not say anything . I waited another 6 or so minutes and asked the other staff member and he said not ready, I waited another 5 mins and asked again nicely as to why the app says ready and they saying its not. The staff person raised their voice, he got upset and was hostile. When i said calm down, he asked me to leave the store, so i left and did not wait any longer for this type unwarranted and unacceptable behavior. I also saw another staff member had flour in his hand while doing the cash register. They were not wearing gloves as well. I had a better experience with the Papa John's on Union Tpke. This was the first and will be the last time to order from this location. I highly recommend you avoid them as after reading other reviews, they have poor customer service, always delayed and many have issues with the quality and quantity of their orders. I had guests one time (few years ago) and ordered a bunch of food which NEVER came. When you call, no one answers, When I did get on the phone with someone, It's a generic answer, its on its way just wait. Guests left, no Papa John's. When I called again, i spoke with the "manager" who was so rude. Hesitantly ordered again last week (few years after the no-delivery incident) because my daughter wanted me to. Delivery was more than 30 min late, maybe because I left no tip on the app?? I do tip in cash only when I actually receive the items and evaluating the service of the delivery person. Customer service would always say that upper management would contact us in 48 hours, but no one ever did. I also went to the store two times and both times the manager wasn’t there. Called the store multiple times and was on hold for 30+ minutes. Asked for the name of the manager and one of the employees working there said the managers name is “Shawn” and he doesn’t have a last name. That’s a lie because the managers name is Shama and it’s a woman. But anyways, the other employee offered to remake the pizzas but not a single person wore their masks or gloves.
