Very horrible experience at this dealership. All they care about is money to be honest. Make sure the inspection on the cars being sold here are up to date because I financed a car that had no oil change, warped brakes, and a broken axel. The salesman Peter Cars let me leave with this car, and I found out a couple days later once I started driving on the highway. Best believe I did not pay for a thing to get fixed because these all could have caused deadly accidents. Aside from that, finance manager Mario Michel convinced me to finance my car under my grandmotherâs name and get NY tags to get a âlow paymentâ and stated that when I receive the title I can transfer the title and registration into my name (knowing that I have FL license and tags) and come to find out, I cannot transfer a title from one name to another if there is still a lease on it. How are you a finance manager and not know this? I was given a bunch of false information and taken advantaged of after letting them know that this was my first time purchasing a car. Please go into this shop with knowledge of what youâre doing. Bring a mechanic. Bring your lawyer while youâre at it! And the owner Marcie doesnât help at all. All she does is email back and forth with you. I canât even get a courtesy call to explain my situation with her after spending $17,000 at her shop. Like I said, once they get their money you mean nothing to them unless it has to do with some legal action like fixing the broken car they sold to me. Horrible experience!
Update: You definitely are confused because I actually spoke to the service director multiple times, and never failed to show up to any appointment that was made. You just proved my point that you arenât paying attention. I never stated that I had a problem with the service department. My problem is with your employee Mario Michel giving me false information multiple times and making it hard for me to reregister my car. He stated that my title would come in two weeks, well it took over a month. He then stated that I could transfer the title into my name from my grandmotherâs, and I cannot because there is a lien on it. I wanted to put the car in my name from the start and just register it in FL at the dealership, but instead he gave me all of the false information that I wasnât aware of at the time and convinced me to just put it in my grandmotherâs name and get NY tags. Now I am still having problems with the documentation. Me reaching out has never been about anything else rather than what Mario Michel stated when working with him. Everything else I mentioned was just literally my experience.
PS I never threatened you Marcie, I just told you that because no one is willing to fix the problem they caused that I will write my experience on every platform to get my experience out there and let the...
Read moreSEE MY RESPONSE TO HONDA, AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW. The WORST auto dealership. Called, after a dozen tries and 45 minutes someone answers. I had a question about a warranty. The person that I was finally connected to stated to me that if I didn't have my 'paper' warranty, he couldn't help me. He further stated that since I purchased the car a couple of years ago, all the paperwork was in 'another building' and that he will not help because it would 'take a long time'. Are you serious?? When I questioned what that meant for me and the info I needed, he hung up on me. I called back and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and was disconnected. I tried calling again. They were actually ignoring my number. I know because I tried for 20 minutes. It was only after I called on another phone line, did someone pick up. They now stated to call the 'parts dept.' for an answer to my warranty question. One hour of attempts and messages no answering or call back. NOTHING. I did request to speak to a manager, several times, and was never given the courtesy. Two hours of frustration for a simple question/answer. I ultimately called Honda in Stamford Connecticut. A total of 2 minutes to call and get my answer. TWO MINUTES! Bravo Stamford Honda. I was previously a Chevrolet owner. They always treated me exceptionally. I will never buy a HONDA again. *Response to Honda: It does makes sense. Look at your reviews to see ALL the many similar complaints about Bronx Honda. Everything I stated was 100% accurate. I WAS told that I needed my paper copy of the warranty. I did waste hours with you, for a simple answer. And I did get an answer to my question from Stamford Honda in two minutes...which you were unwilling to do after many, many attempts. Perhaps you should fix your company's problem and stop making empty responses to critique. Also, shame on you for your 'negative' reference to your sister dealer, Stamford Honda. You should be guided by their ability to run a company efficiently not by childish...
Read moreWorst Dealership / Dishonest manipulative people I brought a 2015 Honda accord from them couple of months ago. They advertised the car for less than average price, hence thats what attracted me towards them. I called them to check if the price is accurate but when I went there, they said that price doesn't include the CPO cost, dealership cost, and other non sense cost. when I asked about the advertised price, they said that marketing team doesn't know all about this. I should have walked out but since I went all the way to New York, I started bargaining and we came to deal and certain price, but when I went to manager room to sign the deal the price has gone extra $600 dollars. I had to fight with the manager to bring the bring the price down but still I paid few hundreds of dollar over than I price what we agreed. I have a excellent credit score(more than 820) still I got APR of 6%. (I had to refinance my car from other credit union where I got for 2.25%). After all these, they agreed to do my Tags and Title. Since I lived in Maryland, I had to do my own tags and state inspection. which costs me additional money and time. I do remember the guys name, Raul. He is a smooth talker and highly manipulative guy. Stay away from this man and also this dealership. After I brought the car, the google review rating were around 2.2, but now it is around 4.4. Something...
