The New PIER 26 Marine SCIENCE PLAYGROUND 🐟 🐋 🐠 This is @hudsonriverpark’s new 4,000-square-foot marine-science-themed playground. It’s a place where children can climb, slide and be inspired by wildlife and the Hudson River nature and habitat. It features custom-fabricated play structures in the shape of two endangered sturgeon species that are native to the Hudson River — the Atlantic sturgeon and shortnose sturgeon. The massive sturgeons were created by @monstrum_playgrounds. Dog Park Feature: Check out Pier 26 Dog Park, a nice little dog park by the Hudson River Park with some nice views of the river. It has a water play area (not featured in the video because it wasn’t on when we were there) and dog water fountains on the two sides, small and all dogs. It is a nicely maintained dog park with plenty of shaded seating, and a nice concrete surface. It was a great dog run and beautiful location to walk along the river afterwards. . . . @Hudson River Park #dogparkfeature #dogpark #dogrun #dogfriendlynyc #petfriendlynyc #dogfriendlyclub #dogsoftiktok #nycdogs #manhattan #dogoftheday #nycdogs #tribecadogrun #tribeca #nyc #thingstodoinnyc #nycparks #benjisguidetonyc #benjisguidetomanhattan #benjisguide #terrier #schnorkie #schnauzer #rescuedog #dogtok #fyp #pier26 #pier26nyc #pier26hudsonriverpark #pier26dogrun #pier26dogpark

This a great place for family & friends to gather by the water. You can sit & catch a nice, cool breeze or maybe wade in the water fountain with the kids.It was my first visit & was looking forward to spending time with my family & friends, in celebration of my nephew's birthday. We grabbed an early dinner to go & setup at a table to eat & enjoy each other's company. Everything went well until it was time for me to use the restroom. This is where my visit went downhill. I commenced to walk over to the restrooms, after eating a hearty meal, to wash my hands & freshen up. As I walking over, I thought I was getting a text & looked at my phone. I noted the time, it was 7:50 pm. Well, I walked up on two gentleman, who too, were waiting to use the restroom. The men's room door was closed but the women's restroom door was open & they were telling me that the maintenance man said the restrooms were closed but it wasn't 8 o'clock yet. The women's restroom door was open & the maintenance man was in there. The women's restroom smelled quite clean, as if he'd just finished cleaning it & I asked him, "Sir, is it okay if I just run in & out?" He just looked at me through his black framed glasses & said, "Restrooms are closed miss." So I asked him, "Would you do your mother like this? Your daughter, auntie or sister, like this?" With his mop & bucket in tow, he looked at me up & down, as if to say, "You're still here?" Guess he was about to mop & I was in his way. Hence, he didn't allow me to use it & then made sure to pull the door shut & said, "If you can open the door, go ahead! Restrooms are closed." He was very abrupt, sarcastic & rude. This guy made my first visit awful. I ended up having to go across the street to an establishment on the corner & asking them could I use their restroom. Luckily, the people working there were very nice & allowed me to use it, contrary to company policy. I was very grateful & kudos to them! So if you're in this park & have to use the restroom, you better get there by 7:45 pm or you'll be denied entry...

i'll meet you at the end of the world on the tip of reality's pier overlooking the ocean of confusion, lost dreams, and all memories ◇ i'll meet you at the end of the world where we can be alone because that's when it was best when it was just you and just me and we didn't have a care in the world except for being with each other ◇ i'll meet you at the end of the world 'cause let's face it we're all ready here and the only fear i have is that i won't be with you ◇ i'll meet you at the end of the world but let's face it i'll meet you anywhere in the world anytime, anyplace, anywhere because that's just how i love and though you haven't shown it i believe, deep down, that's how you love too ◇ i'll meet you at the end of the world overlooking the water where there's a sense of peace where all the noise goes away where we can hear the sounds of the wind through the air, the thumping of our hearts, and of all of the thoughts and emotions that remain unsaid ◇ i'll meet you at the end of the world because if i can't meet you here than where else can i meet you? what else could it take?? how many more lifetimes of unknowing, unfinding, undancing, unkissing, unloving will it take??? ◇ i'll meet you at the end of the world it's where we first met it's where we'll meet again it's where i'll stroll down to the end of the pier without a hope, without a prayer, without any belief left inside of me ◇ and it's where i'll find you waiting for me at the end...
