Nice to have a local dispensary within walking distance to me. I've placed orders online for pickup and delivery.
My delivery experience: If you're going with delivery, Hush uses AeroPay for transactions (which I believe others have as well). I was a bit reluctant to use my personal information on there, but it's a legit service used by many types of businesses. Once the order is placed, you'll get a text from your delivery person letting you know how far they are. My delivery guy was courteous, prompt, and professional. Moving forward, this will be the way I get anything from here.
My pickup experience: Unlike delivery, you pay at the store for pickup. The store was clean, spacious, and bright. Associates were at the ready to help, and there were lots of options on their offerings. They take debit card or cash as payment for pickup. NOTE: You will be charged a "terminal fee" (other places might refer to it as an ATM fee). I won't get into the logistics for this, but it's a loophole dispensaries have to deal with when dealing with debit transactions. Now here's what I don't like about this: The additional charge on your purchase is seen by your bank as an ATM fee... So depending on your bank, you'll be charged a fee ON TOP of what the dispensary added. For me, I was charged $3.50 on top of my order total. I've been to another dispensary, and I was given the fee back in cash. Hush did not do that, and instead gave me "cash back" of 58¢. I typically wouldn't have cared, but that transaction (between their fee and my bank) cost me $6.42 on top of my order total. I'm stating this for others so y'all aren't caught off guard or something. Hush doesn't hide the charge, and it's explained. But the lack of my fee given back to me rubbed me the wrong way, especially since I got tagged by it twice.
Still a good spot to get what you need. They're helpful and professional, and I'd still do business there again (albeit, through delivery only).
UPDATE: While my previous reviews will remain, I need to add that their quality checking and customer service is lazy. It's been weeks since I was sent the wrong item (I was sent the incorrect flavor of vape pen). An email to their main email address went ignored. However, I’ve encountered some discrepancies between the online listings and the products received. On one occasion, I needed to return an item due to a mismatch in packaging. While the staff was apologetic and resolved the issue by providing an extra gram, this has happened more than once.
During a subsequent visit, although the pickup order was correct, I noticed that the THC content listed online did not match the product I received—it was only a one percent difference, but I believe consistency is crucial when paying for a product.
Another concern I have relates to payment processing. I’ve noticed two types of taxes applied to my transactions, which is puzzling, considering other dispensaries in the area only charge one. Personally, I prefer paying with cash to avoid any confusion.
Additionally, I’ve experienced delays with my orders not being ready when I arrived for pickup, and there have been instances where items were missing or incorrect. I also noticed that the atmosphere outside the dispensary can be distracting, especially during late hours or in the morning when staff members are smoking. While this isn’t a major issue, it can be inconvenient when trying to navigate the entrance.
On a positive note, the overall vibe of the store is pleasant, and I appreciate the cleanliness and courteousness of most staff members. I did have one interaction with an employee who seemed less enthusiastic about assisting customers, which stood out to me and others in my circle.
Lastly, I’ve observed a difference in packaging quality. Some products come in well-sealed containers, while others have only a sticker covering the lid, which raises concerns about freshness and security. I’ve found that the products in sealed packaging tend to be fresher, and I would prefer more consistent packaging standards across the board.

Read moreI bought about 3 days ago and was so “ medicated” that I forgot to leave my review lol but seriously, I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries and there’s a lot of people that just have jobs and collecting money . These people at hush welcomed me in like I was family . I don’t know these people from a whole in the wall. The moment I had passed by the store someone was at the door and saw me . Opened the door and I was able to just ask a simple question , which he answered and welcomed me in. I was greeted by 3 people and all 3 were friendly . Most importantly they didn’t treat me like a customer and was actually knowledgeable on the things they were saying . I know a lot about bud and sometimes I like to let people talk to see how much they actually know or if they’re just running game . Hush does not run game, they know exactly what their products are and how to tailor it to each specific customer base . Which is the most important thing to me when it comes to a dispensary. I got some San Juan Flan and it was amazing . Potency was on point , the actual buds were fresh , not dried out like most places. Their were big nugs not small crushed ones . They have a price range for just about any customer . Definitely recommend this spot due to all of their knowledge, the way you get to freely roam around and find what you want and not what some bud tender forces you to buy.
