I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. We went on Labor day and there were at least 200 kids (not counting supervising parents). I assured the cashier my 1 year old wouldn’t climb anything or go on any slides because there were way too many kids and I would leave him on the floor just to walk around. Unfortunately, they don’t have varying prices for age groups but the cashier let us in. After 5 minutes of being there, this man named Steve came over and kicked us out. Yes- I said “kicked” because he was very inappropriate. He confronted us yelling that my 1 year old didn’t have a bracelet and even stated “we just thought we could walk in and do what we wanted”. Which we didn’t. We explained to the cashier we wouldn’t let our child climb anything. He would be trampled. He is only 1 and when Steve approached us my child was walking and not on any apparatus. Anyway, we asked for a refund because we were uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Steve yelled at the cashier “give them their refund and get them out of here!!!” How disrespectful and inappropriate. As opposed to Steve policing the place for bracelets he should have wiped the pizza sauce from his nose and help improve the facility by either setting a cap of individuals who could physically be in the building and abide by it or explain the rules to us as his colleagues and him were clearly not on the same page.
Also FYI- they raise their prices on holidays. Don’t get duped and stay away from this terrible facility.
To respond to the owner below: Neither one of my children were in the ball pit. I have pictures to prove it. My 1 year old was standing in the entrance near the entrance of the ball pit and I have photos to prove it. He’s one- why would I allow him to enter a ball pit alone? My 3 year old was on the floor playing tag with other children so I am not sure where you are getting this information. The quotes above came directly from Steve’s mouth so if you believe that was appropriate then your facility deserves the 1 star I rated it and it appears others...
Read moreLoved this place until my last visit...Frequently visit this place. Amazing for kids, however over crowded on holidays/weekends, place is big but not huge, there should be a limit on number of kids allowed in the soft play area. For toddlers that dont go to school full time, its good to go during the day before 3. The prices are weird. Its 2$ more for holidays/weekends but I feel like they mark up on days they expect a crowd. It was always 10$ on weekdays and $12 on weekend/holiday. But when I recently went they changed it to $14 for weekend/holiday and $12 for regular day. I dont appreciate this method, as a regular customer I have notice this quite frequently. Sometimes its 10,12 or 14. Really weird, if this goes on I will no longer visit this place, love it for the kids but they dont care for customers. I was getting ready to leave, so put my 2 yr old nieces jacket shoes on etc and she realized she had a few tokens left so decided to do the arcade games for tickets, and this man approaches asking to see her wristband ( it was under her shirt, but she had 2 more layers sweater+jacket) so had to take it off and he waited until we showed him the wristband then proceed to say oh she cant wear shoes on the carpet.. like he couldve said it directly to us without asking to see wristband as proof. After this experience, i am less inclined to visit the place however due to shortage of indoor playgrounds nearby, they have a weird fixation of prices to their advantage. However seems like I will continue to visit until summer is here. The experience at my last 2 visits really ruined it for me...
Read moreRIP OFF!! I used to take my daughter here all the time ! I recently went during the week of Presidents’ Day (I did not go ON Presidents’ Day itself)... and they charged me a holiday/weekend price. When I asked why the extra charge when it’s not a holiday, he said because it’s the same week as a holiday. Then they now charge adults $7 just to get in when adults aren’t even playing on anything. The place is also a mess.. no one is walking around to ensure COVID safety protocols are in place. No one giving out hand sanitizer or reminding everyone to keep on their masks. There was a dirty mask found in the ball pit AND another used mask on the slide. This place is somewhere I will not return to. ALSO poor customer service from the CHILDREN they have working in the front. This young teen boy was being rude to me when my daughter was indecisive of their cheap little prizes. My daughter decided on which item she wanted and he walked away. There was another girl working with him in the front who seen what she did and kindly came over the assist us. We pay so much money to get in and 100 tickets gets you a 10...
