Kids 'N Shape - Queens — Attraction in New York

Planning a birthday party in the winter time during Covid is an arduous task. In addition to making sure the kids and parents have a good time, we now need to ensure a safe, clean, and private event.

The place was very clean, organized, and we felt safe and taken care of the entire time. It's a private event, which is very different from other places that have multiple parties going on at the same time. From zip lining, to rock climbing, the bouncy castles, manual cars, and many other things available for the kids, the place was large enough for our party but small enough that it felt very comfortable.

Christine, the manager, was amazing to work with the entire time from two months ago. She is so accessible via phone, and her attention to detail is just refreshing and wonderful. The staff working our party was so attentive to the kids, making sure that they were safe and were having a great time enabling the parents to take a little break to eat and enjoy themselves as well. From the food ordering, helping us set up the party favors as soon as we walked in the door, helping us to transport everything to the car after the party, and asking us if they could do anything else and making sure everyone was having a good time, they did an wonderful job.

They cleaned before, during, and immediately after in preparation for the next party. We never felt rushed and Christine and the team were always on top of everything making sure there was very little for us to worry about. I cannot sing the Kids ‘N Shape - Queens team enough! I had my son’s 2nd birthday party there and Christine and her team MADE. OUR. DAY. I wanted to have my son’s first birthday here but they get booked so soon so early and I see why! From the moment I pulled up, the staff came out and greeted me and helped me unload my car. They were AMAZING literally from start to finish! I couldn’t be more in awe. Christine checked in every step of the way, giving an organized and fulfilled time despite the short two hours. Her team was incredible with everything and super nice! The pictures also don’t do this venue justice. It’s so much bigger in person and the kids had a blast! I’m already looking to plan private play dates for my son and his friends here because of how awesome this experience was. I was apprehensive leading up to the day but Christine called me the week prior and confirmed all the details with me and made me feel at ease. Had my son's 1st birthday party here! Had children from ages 1-13. So much fun! Space is great, so big! Everyone could walk around and not be cramped together. Even the adults got into the bouncy.

Staff is wonderful! They took care of everything. They called 2-3 days before to ask if I needed catering. I ordered everything thru them. (The hero sandwiches from the store they use were delicious!!)

So helpful with decorating, setting up and all in between!!! I was so at ease and relaxed.

Great little things: the bathroom is so clean and there is a diaper changer- the real ones! Not the plastic ones they even have baby wipes and a diaper genie! Wow!!
