Their straightforward and helpful sales and install process was great. Jesse and Michael were incredible, reachable at any time and helpful answering any questions from this brand new pool owner. But like any new thing in life, minor issues popped up after installation. Nothing crazy. But any call to their office asking someone to come look at something that is going wrong with a BRAND NEW pool is met with not only an attitude from the young lady who answers the phone, but also a $175 “service fee” just to come look at the problem. This is the third season of our new pool, and multiple (albeit small) things have popped up either as defect or improper assembly. Not a big deal. But to try and charge me $175 just to come look at it is insane. I’m not asking for a repair on a 20 year old pool. You just put it in the ground. Do you stand by your work? If not, tell your customers up front that “after we drop it in the ground, you’re on your own”. Otherwise, a long talk with your girl who answers the phones is in order. I’ve found someone else to do my opening and closing. It’s a shame because I really did love the guys who installed it. The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is because google doesn't allow me to give them no stars. There customer services skills in the half of store is horrible. If you greet them when you first walk in they don't ever have the manner to greet you back!! They are very rude, and very unfriendly!! I have been dealing with a pool leak that has not been fixed since August. I was charged for fixing the Niche and then the skimmer box after a so called pressure test was conducted. Today the company shows up to close my pool not to fix the leak. Then Sharon gets on the phone when I wanted to speak to the owner to try and rectify the problem and she cursed me out and said that the phone calls are recorded.
