Save your money and skip this place. It’s overpriced, and the service feels downright disrespectful. I ordered a bacon-and-fries platter, yet it arrived in paper and aluminum foil: the fries were soggy and greasy, and the bacon was burnt—hardly suitable for my six-year-old. Management seems nonexistent. I asked for Spicy Doritos and got Cool Ranch instead, and on a previous visit I repeatedly requested my bacon-egg-and-cheese with over-easy eggs but was served scrambled eggs and still charged full price. If they’re going to overcharge, the least they could do is present the food on a proper platter instead of wrapping it like scraps.

Yes, I did raise my voice and use strong language during my call and I stand by the reason why. The quality of both your food and customer service has been consistently poor, it’s disappointing. What’s even more upsetting is the rudeness and dismissiveness of your staff, who fail to follow even the simplest instructions. That’s what triggered my frustration, yet you conveniently left that part out of your response.
As someone who has spent hundreds of dollars at your establishment along with my friends and family I expected at least a basic level of respect and professionalism. Instead, your reply was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked any accountability. As a business owner, I would never respond that way to a loyal customer, regardless of the situation.

I ordered online an egg sandwich, 2 bagels with spread, 2 drinks and a cookie - came to almost $65! The delivery fee was $20!! Got a text and a picture saying it was delivered, didn't see the picture on my watch so unfortunately when I looked, it was the wrong place. I called and told them it wasn't at my location - instead of just taking responsibility because it wasn't there, it became a back and forth for almost an hour. I lost my whole lunch period waiting for them to just say they would remake it (which was an option finally given to me with only 15 minutes of my lunch time left). I asked for a refund, but the boss didn't offer that and offered a credit for tomorrow. Finally I was told I could get a refund. I asked for confirmation that I'd get a refund, but nothing. Everything was "the delivery driver knows where he's going. I believe my driver. He definitely dropped it off." even though I have the proof that it was definitely delivered to the wrong place. I was hung up on and not given a call back, lost lunch time - and didn't eat - even though I asked for a call back and my number was taken. Explain to me that the eggs already scrambled because of the rush that they usually get I said I understand that, but I need the egg to be scrambled while it’s cooking, he told the grill guy which his name is Henry that I wanted my egg scramble while it was cooking with being turned started talking Spanish to each other. Not realizing that I understand the language the gentleman stated that he cannot and does not know how to scramble eggs on the grill, and that if I wanted scrambled eggs, I can go down to the diner, or to another place to buy my food , I was discussed and not happy.
