Will NEVER EVER visit this place at all grill was Filthy definitely need some upgrades and some good cleaning, I went to take my daughter there for her birthday my goodness it’s was the worst ever , seems like the cook was new which is okay but normally we go to a Habachi place to make sure we see a show But that was okay it wasn’t our first place going to a Habachi restaurant. So they have a policy that 4 or more people they include the tip which was against this but ok with it if the service was great, The service was horrible they never check back on you they just take your order and after that they don’t come back unless you flag them down . What a waste of time and money . I come from a restaurant background and I know how a restaurant should Operate and this is not the correct way I should’ve known as soon as I seen the grill that wasn’t properly clean but I know things happen so I left it alone cook did clean it when he got there but there should be no reason why they should be rice still on the grill should be cleaned up Properly before sitting other people there. They need to get it together I will not suggest this...
Read moreHave been meaning to write this review for a while. My son’s birthday was back in march and my wife asked him what he wanted for his 10th birthday. He said he wanted to take some of his friends to Hibachi. My wife called Hagane to see if they could take a reservation. They said they don’t do that. Mind you my wife was calling them from the hospital which she had been admitted to. She spoke to the owner who relented and said that he would do it for her. She was happy and he was happy. Day of his birthday he was so excited. We walk around to the entrance of the restaurant with all of his friends and it was closed. Sign on the door said it was closed. I saw a gentleman on the side of the building. He said they were closed for maintenance that he was doing. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t take the time out to let my wife know what was going on. If Danny’s hadn’t been gracious enough to help us out. My son’s celebration with his friends would have pretty much been ruined. Will not go back...
Read moreA review of my first ever hibachi experience. The wait staff and chefs are very nice, the chef showed off his skills with ease and there is a nice selection of food. Now to the real details. First, the place is very cramped, very little room to move around, and when your seated right next to strangers it can be a bit weird. The chef got our orders, repeated it, and served the wrong food. I got fried rice instead of white rice, which was salty. Chef also asked me how to cook my steak, which he then proceeded to over-cook. As a chef myself I have no idea why you would cut up a steak into unequal pieces and then cook them. The portions of food are very big, which if you like that will be a plus, but for me it was a lot of food, some of which I didnt know I asked for. If you look past the atrratction of the fire, knifes and food being cooked live, you'll realize the experience is not all its hyped up to be. The food doesn't live up to the hype and the experience...
