Old Country Bagel — Restaurant in New York

I can’t speak for most of the menu because I usually stick to their bagels with cream cheese, but I have to say, these are some of the best bagels I’ve had in all of Queens.

I often buy a dozen, and they never disappoint. The bagels have the perfect balance—crisp on the outside, but what really sets them apart is the soft, airy center. You can tell they don’t skimp on quality. When they’re fresh, the texture is just right, with a satisfying crunch followed by that light, fluffy interior. Truly unbeatable!

My favorites are the everything bagel...

I find it outrageous that this place has 4.4 stars. The bagels taste like cardboard. They were dry and old, must have been a week old at least, and have a lingering aftertaste of cardboard. Best part of this experience was the lady who started our order and then rang us up, pulled her mask off to sneeze in her hand, then proceeded ringing me up and went back to make other customers' bagels. Never changing her gloves from her sneezing in them. She seemed shocked when I declined to accept the paper receipt. Seek bagels and food...

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and a smoothie. The smoothie was good. I cannot even say the wrap was decent. The chicken was dry and flavorless. The wrap it self was supposed to have cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette, came dry as a bone with a trace of cheese. I was very surprised as I've ordered breakfast sandwiches here several times. I still gave them 3 stars because the service is always good and previous times the food has been better. The wrap was less that 1 star. Stick to bagels and sandwiches and you...
