Labetti Post — Attraction in New York

Stay away from this place. They do not honor your contract. They overbooked our event. We gave a down payment and booked my daughters sweet 16 party for march 24th 2018. A month before our party Feb 23rd 2018 Kim the manager calls my wife and cancelled our event because she stated that some one had already booked a party on our day a year prior and it was never logged in the event book. So what do we do now. Well according to Kim it was easy, Just pick another day. Well its not that easy when other contracts were signed like DJ,PHOTOGRAPHER,VIDEOGRAPHER, AND EVENT PLANNER these vendors had prior commitments for other dates so now we had to scramble and run around like chickens with out heads and try to book another venue for March 24th. Labetti Post left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't even get to taste...
