I recently tried Da Noi on Staten Island, and it was a great find. Right from the start, they served up hot, fresh bread that set a perfect tone for the meal. I had the mussels and calamari to start, and both were delicious—fresh and cooked just right. For my main course, I had the ravioli, which was fantastic with its tender pasta and rich filling. There are a lot of other tempting dishes on the menu that I’m looking forward to trying next time. What really stood out was how authentic and cozy the place felt. The food is top-notch, and it’s so much easier than heading into Manhattan, Brooklyn. The place is clean, the vibe is warm, and the staff is really friendly. If you’re on Staten Island and want a great Italian meal without the commute, Da Noi is definitely worth a visit. They have two locations on Staten Island and also one in New Jersey. I’m already looking forward...
Read moreThanks Da Noi, for a beautiful and memorable night out. The staff was attentive, hard-working and sincere. The ambiance was comfortable, with tables that were not too close together. You could hear that people were chatting but could not overhear their every word. The food was delicious, the wine was very pleasant , and the desserts passing by looked amazing but we were so full. We requested to check out the rentable party room below. It's a beautiful space with reasonable prices and we are looking forward to hosting a party there in the future. The chef did just a super job with our food. This place is elegant, with generous portions. I had the pasta with sausage and my date had the zuppa with pesce. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying...
Read moreI was at DaNoi on Sunday with my family for my moms birthday. I was recommended by a friend which I am sorry to say was so disappointing. I couldn’t believe how small the portions were. Salad was a cup of greens with shredded carrots on top. The penne with Vodka sauce was good but the pomodoro sauce was terrible. I chose from the party menu which wasn’t worth the price. The filet of sole was like a piece of paper, veal was terrible. The desserts were ok but very skimpy. The atmosphere was nice and service was ok. The need a lot of work on their menu and portions. Never again!!! I should have gone with my first choice Cielo in Hylan Blvd. great food, good portions and...
