Lane Bryant — Attraction in New York

I normally have an awesome experience everytime I go into Lane Byant but today was different. The cashier was so cold and borderline unfriendly. I had to check myself to see if I was giving off funk. When I approach people I am polite but she saw me coming and she was hanging clothes so she seemed annoyed that she had to interact with me. That changed my disposition, so as I strood their waiting until she finished hanging the clothes she met me with an unspoken air of annoyance like in her head she was like "why are you here?" in my head I was like who set your tampon string on fire today. She made my experience a very unpleasant and uncomfortable one. I won't describe or reveal her name but for the future managers and workers should be aware of the temperament of the employees who interface with customers. This cashier just ruined my whole shopping experience with her nasty unapproachable attitude. I wanted to drop my two little pieces on the floor and walk out. She attempted a to be polite as she concluded my transaction by saying "have a good day Ms" I responded "to you as well" but even those words left her lips with venom and annoyance. I hope her day improves or she goes in the back to stock some things and let someone more approachable handle the customers. I will stick to the Lane Bryant downtown Bk, it's always a pleasure to...

I just got to say that I love lady Bryant, as a father with three girls and of course a wife, and family. They take American seriously, when it comes to clothing, you know of course, we all come in shape sizes colors and Creeds but you know they definitely have the the right idea. The first time i went into the store one associate looked at me as though i may take something then she later ordered me a bra that wasn't in the store but never informed me that I'd have to size up because it runs small. When i received the bra naturally i had to do an exchange so i called the store to see if they now have it in stock, spoke to two associates giving them the Full name, Size and Color so one got back to me stating its there and she would put it on reserve for me. When i got to the store after a long and hard days work only to realize its the wrong size that was reserved. Just because the hanger has a size on it doesn't mean the bra is the same size. They need better training over there. Now i have to go across town to get what i want....
