I visit this location quite often, typically in the morning, before work. The BK Gateway location is sub-standard by Starbucks quality. The staff is the problem, there is no consistency and some of them are down right rude. I'm either being served by someone who is training or someone who has been on the job for less than six months. I do like the service of one of the baristas (she is slightly older than the rest, wears glasses) . She always prepares my orders with accuracy and taste; no complaints. Outside of that one staffer it's a crapshoot, my drink's range from mid to down right terrible. The accuracy/taste of the drinks isn't the only issue. The staff is slow, very chatty (especially with other Target employees, often holding up the line, completely disregarding the guests waiting to place their order). Lately the staff has been combative. I questioned the accuracy of my drink the other day and they looked at me like "the audacity" and then had a side-bar ; no doubt about me, while fixing my order.    Read moreThe worst Starbucks ever !!!! Talk about rude . The employee at the register is very rude and nasty. No greeting nothing. The principle to customer service is greetings. I said hello and no response. I gave her my order and I asked for brownie warmed up. She proceed to just look down and didn’t even answer me. No Thank you no nothing . We waited for our order and we asked the other female employees there where was our brownie they all laughed and said they don’t sell brownies there. Mind you never once that nasty employee at the register told us no we don’t sell that here I’m sorry. So we were just waiting for nothing . I asked to speak to a manager and they all said the manager was gone for the day. Is 4:15pm and a manager left for the day ? So who’s in charge in situations like this.    Read moreThe only reason why I gave a star is because I had to make the comment. If I had the option this location will get no stars. The location has flies all around the food. The workers don't keep the stations clean. They always run out of things which is ridiculous because corporate should be aware of the amount of people that come in and out so they can make sure there's enough merchandise the customers. For workers that work around coffee all day you would think they would have more energy. All they do is talk about what time they going to close in front the customers, and their always messing up the drinks, I mean you would think for a location that doesn't have much of anything, they would try to save on product. They need to get it together. Also,corporate need to pay more attention to there locations and provide them with the things they need to better...
