Choose wisely before going to this salon because if they mess up, it will come out of YOUR pocket. I originally had my first lash lift here a few months ago with Anastasia and she did it perfectly on the first try! But I should have booked her again when I went again last Friday. I had a lash lift with Liz and I warned her ahead of time that my lashes are stubbornly straight and once a few years ago, the last lift did not take. She then said she would use a specific rod and put on the perm for a minute or 2 longer. The result was okay. It was a little curled but Liz and I both agreed it will likely look better once I wash it off tomorrow. 24 hours later after I washed my lashes, it flattened more and now only curled slightly at the tips. I thought it would be no problem to ask to have them touched up when I called Saturday. The receptionist said she would let the manager know and get back to me. Fast forward to Wednesday, I still did not hear back (lol). So I called and the new receptionist was not aware of what happened. She asked me to text her a picture of the lashes and she said she will get back to me "soon". Friday comes-no one has followed up yet. It had been 6 days since I initially complained at that point, so I definitely felt forgotten. I texted the receptionist again and the assistant manager finally called me. She said the manager offered to fix it but I would have to pay ANOTHER $99 with $20 off...lmao. Why would I pay even more money for something they messed up? When I had my only other last lift fail a few years ago at another place, they fixed it for free. Obviously, this place values money over customer satisfaction and...

I rarely review however, I felt so frustrated by the attitude of the owner, I am compelled. I have used their services before. I was very happy overall especially how long they lasted. This time, before going on my vacation, I wanted the same classic lashes. The place is pretty, clean, girls are lovely and the experience is relaxing. While on my vacation after 4 days, my right eyelash was basically 60% gone, the left thinned considerably. I spent the remainder of the week with unbalanced lashes. The day after I returned, I went to the lash bar to speak to them. The girls said a supervisor would call me in the am. She did not. I went back. The owner came out and said she will do a fill-in since in Four days will be the 2 week period for $20 off the member price. After spending $119 plus a 20% tip, I wasn’t about to pay another $70 for their poor work. She also said it is not their product. Shouldn’t you stand by the products you use? The owner had the nerve to tell me maybe it was the heat in Aruba! Really? If that was the case , no one would have lashes in the summer. She also told me their policy is 4 days after they are done. I explained that I was out of the country or I would have come back immediately. She told me I should have called them from Aruba! lol. I understand policy. However, sometimes exceptions need to be made. I just wanted the right eye to look like the left leaving the left untouched even though that was thin but even. Bad business. Finding Lash and Beauty Bar has been a DREAM! I absolutely love the staff and the environment itself, which speaks great volume because before I even lay down to have my lashes done; I already feel safe and at home! Currently, I have the 2x a month membership and I 10/10 recommend it.

Brianna, Nicki and Kelly know exactly how to make you feel welcome from the moment you open the door (or whenever you call). They are accommodating, respectful, pleasant and just a really nice team altogether.

Regarding lash techs, I’ve had a few from Liz, Ariana, Jackie, Grace, Anika, Tyla and Angelique (no particularly reason for this—my life schedule is just ever-changing, haha!) and what I can confidently say is that each lady has not only done a beautiful job but has been polite and professional as well.

Overall, just a fabulous place that I am fortunate to visit twice a month. Thank you all!
