The ride experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional staff. We weren't informed about safety lockers and had to leave our belongings, including keys, wallets, phones, and cash, in an unsecured, unguarded cubicle. The staff displayed a bad attitude and were clear they wouldn't guard our items. Additionally, we were rushed onto the ride, which felt like an impersonal assembly line process. Overall, the lack of customer care and organization negatively impacted...

A very fun ride in Luna Park. There was never a line and I went on it several times. I've never been on a log ride that has two drops and you actually get soaked. It's perfect. They have cubbies for your items and they also take a photo on the...
