My life has changed forever. I deleted my original review after SG Aesthetics reached out to help me, but I truly feel compelled to have my voice heard and possibly save someone else from this pain. I was injected with Radiesse, a non dissolvable injectable Implant without knowing. I have been coming to Suzanna 3 years for lips and have ALWAYS gotten HA filler. I went in for slight nasolabial folds and somehow walked out with cheek AND chin filler.

She failed to tell me this time that she was injecting a NON DISSOLVABLE, described by the manufacturer Merz, injectable IMPLANT made of CALCIUM. The results have left my face looking puffy, angular, asymmetrical and masculine, but the emotional pain is far far worse. Every day is a battle for me. A nightmare I cannot wake up from. My fiancée has noticed a significant change in me. My wedding was next year and now I am rescheduling it, which in turn will have to disrupt my timeline of having a family. PLEASE NEVER get radiesse, especially when it has not been explained to you that it is NOT reversible and can last Years and YEARS, with some women I’ve spoken with over 5 years.

My lips were also overfilled at my appointment with SG. Her assistant Bella even asked “you want more?!?” When I said I would like a bit more in my upper lip. Suzanna assured her that we’d just do a half syringe. Being naive and uneducated about filler, I didn’t know This would cause the old filler to migrate and Protrude (duck lip) which I had to have dissolved $600 more. Now the dissolver has ruined my natural HA. So I’ve been living a nightmare even worse. She also talked me into chin filler MID CHEEK INJECTION that I never NEEDED. NOW I HAVE A WITCHES CHIN. I never NEEDED IT!! I HAD A CHIN ALREADY.

The MOST upsetting part is that I didn’t even ask for cheek NOR chin filler. I NEVER wanted my ENTIRE FACE to change. All I wanted was to improve my SLIGHT nasolabial folds. Instead my entire face shape is now not recognizable. This was never laid out or explained to me, not even the placement nor TYPE of filler was either. I trusted Suzanna.

SG Aesthetics did reach out to use laser treatments (ouch) to help break it up but after extensive research I have found that this has minimal effect to help break down radiesse as it is made of CALCIUM which they use in TEETH. There is nothing I can do but wait and hope that there are no delayed immune responses, granulomas, extended effects. I would have NEVER agreed to this had she TOLD me what was going into my FACE for the FIRST time getting in my cheeks. Never again will I get filler. You’ve been Warned.

UPDATE: Nearly 2 months later nothing that improved. In fact it’s worse. I have no desire to live my life anymore. No desire to leave my house. I have had severe depression. The volume injected into my cheeks had caused my eyes to appear hollow and more set back. Now I have sunken in and hollow under eyes which is not uncommon when you over volumize the cheeks. I NEVER had this issue. This has aged me even more than the huge cheekbones I was given. I now spend my time in bed. Looking at photos of my old face. Praying to God that time will heal and get rid of this awful filler. I long for my old face. I cry every day. I look years older than 29 (my age). The knowledge I now have, I tell no one to get fillers. Not only do they AGE you, but you DONT NEED THEM! This industry is toxic and profits off our insecurities. I live next to the beach and I don’t even go outside. The only time I get peace is at night when I can sleep. I hate when morning arrives. I am honestly wishing I wasn’t here most days. PLEASE never get FILLER!! You won’t look like you and you can’t always go back!

UPDATE: 3 months later and it’s only looking worse. My life is changed forever. PLEASE DO NOT GET FILLER. ONLY GOD CAN MAKE YOU PERFECT, look at the earth, animals, etc. HUMAN HANDS DID NOT CRAFT THAT!!! I have ruined my beautiful face and my life

Update: 1 YEAR later: my face is GROTESQUE. My life is ruined and...

Suzanne is my go-to girl! When it comes to Botox and fillers, I’ve only trusted two people—my dermatologist and Suzanne. I’m super skeptical of random people on the internet and their products, so I did my homework. I first heard about Suzanne through my hairstylist, followed her on Instagram, and instantly loved her work. I decided to go in for a consultation, and from that very first visit, I felt completely comfortable. Everyone there was so welcoming and professional.

I loved my results! People kept telling me I looked so refreshed—they couldn’t quite figure out what was different, but just kept saying how great I looked. That’s when you know it’s done right!

One thing I really appreciate about Suzanne is that she never pushes anything just to make money. I once asked about getting Botox in my forehead, and she told me I didn’t need it. Anywhere else probably would’ve said “Sure, just a little here,” just to make an extra buck. But not Suzanne she’s honest and truly wants what’s best for you. That kind of integrity is rare and makes me trust her even more.

I went back for a touch-up a year later, and the experience was just as great. The whole team is fun, upbeat, and full of good energy (you can totally feel it on their Instagram), but they’re also super professional. Suzanne is experienced, passionate, and always learning she attends conferences regularly to stay sharp and master her craft.

The office is beautiful, clean, and has parking—which is a huge plus! I drive about an hour to get there, and honestly, it’s 100% worth it. I believe it's been 4 years now being her client and love it.

I came for tear trough about a year ago and have mixed feelings about my experience, Suzanna used one syringe for both under eyes and had started with my right eye, however my dark circles are worst on my left eye and she ended up just using the remaining from the syringe after she was done with my right eye, for my left… I thought she would get another syringe and add more but she didn’t … which was why I have mixed feelings about it since I thought the procedure is customized to the person…not just $750 for one syringe… I didn’t see any improvement like those in her stories immediately, two weeks or even a month after… in fact my left eye looked the exact same. I took before and after pics and compared… I contacted Suzanna and she was nice about it, offered to add a little more to the left eye… but I’m not sure how much more was added because I waited 2 weeks for any bruising that might appear to go away and still..no difference… during the “touch up” she mentioned I might need to do my cheek bones if I really wanted to See any improvement.. I just wished she would have told me that during the initial consult/ visit so I could have weighed my options and/or chose another procedure to do instead. Personally I didn’t see any difference even after a touch up session for...
