Lilian Eyelash Extension — Attraction in New York

I previously had left a positive review but i wish i had not. I didn’t any issues for a few months but the most recent time was a nightmare. It felt odd when i opened my eyes (burning, couldn’t open them all the way) and i had never had that happen to me before. she dried my extensions for longer but they still felt uncomfortable. I paid over $100 for this set. After a few hours they became more irritated and my right eye was swollen for days. The extensions hurt when i touch (it felt sharp pain) and they kept pulling out my real lashes when they fell off. I told them this and all they had to say was Sorry and that they will “make note” of it. No refund was offered! I waited a few weeks hoping they’d just fall off but most didn’t and it was still so painful. So i asked them to please remove them from me. They then changed the time they wanted me come in 4 times which is super unprofessional especially when the situation was already so terrible! I got them in June and it is now mid august, they refused to fall off no matter what at home treatments I did. Today I want to wink eyelash here in Flushing and they informed me how terrible my lash install was. They said I should’ve gotten them removed right away because they were glued onto my skin! That’s why they were not falling off and causing so much irritation and pain! This place has good quality lashes. But very unprofessional and immature. I did my lashes two weeks ago and the lady literally begged me for tip. I used my card to pay for my lashes which was 130 and it charged me $15 dollaras extra because I did not have cash at the time. The lady there asked me for tip and I told her I could not afford it at the time not knowing the card was going to charge me so much. So I left now two weeks later comes I am suppose to do my two week refill they did not answer my calls at all. I called off of another number and they answered and even called that number back!!!!!

A tip is supposed to be the customers choice not a business demand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

& every time I I’ve done my lashes there I would give a tip. one time I did not give a tip because I honestly did not have it at the time they completely discarded me as a customer.

I book an appointment with them on Wednesday for Sunday. I was confirmed on Wednesday but when Sunday came I wondered why I never got a confirmation text like I used to from other places so I shot them a text and they called me to say that they did not see me on the appointment list. I asked them how was that possible because I texted you through the same chat we've been talking through so you can see that I booked for Sunday. They told me that they don't see me on the schedule and that I cannot come in today. I told them that this is the only time I can come in and that I scheduled all my other appointments around this appointment. When I told them I'm going to have to go to another place all they said was "yes you should"and that was the end of the conversation. I think this is very unprofessional and very disrespectful the fact that I booked days in advance and I was denied service. Please beware...
