Liquid Dreams Design — Attraction in New York

I was in a jam. I had an event at 7PM that evening. I had a step and repeat banner made form an out of state location that got held up in Atlanta due to polar vortex weather conditions. I learned this at 4PM that same day of the event. I had my staff call whomever they could find locally to see if a miracle could be created and we could get a step and repeat done in time for the party that started in less than 3 hours. 3 calls were made and we were turned away being told it was impossible, even being laughed at for considering that a printing and production turnaround that quickly could be possible. The step and repeat banner was to play a significant role at the event including background for photos at an award ceremony that had been planned. I made a hail mary call to liquid dreams design and got Mike on the phone. I explained to him my predicament in detail and surprisingly, hearing the desperation in my voice Mike told me he would do all he could to help, and that getting int don before 7PM was not impossible. Turns out Mike made did indeed create a miracle and turned out a fantastic banner in less than an hour. I own a business and can attest this NEVER happens and it did happen with out a hitch, the event was a blast and we have hundreds of awesome photos. This kind of care and customer service in highly unusual in my vast experience and I highly recommend Liquid Dreams and Michael Chiara. If I could do 10...

Where do I begin? First I'll start with the fact that Michael came in and opened up on his day off to fulfill my one sensitive request. His actions and reliability warmed the hearts of all in attendance. You're probably thinking it's just a design or backdrop but not in my case. I was hired to shoot a 1year death memorial and the backdrop was one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle. Long story short miscommunication lead to the backdrop not being printed by Saturday. I emailed Mike to let him know the magnitude and how much this backdrop meant and he literally stopped whatever he had going on that day, came into the shop and made magic happen. He's the best. I was filled with joy when he replied to my email and told me he would open up on his day off. Though it was an emotional day and event I felt good to see the tears stroll down my customers face with the outcome of the event and the many photos I captured by the backdrop. As a newbie to graphic printing, I went to Liquid Dreams only knowing I needed a step & repeat banner. After shopping around all over NYC, I’m glad I made the decision to go with them. Once I explained to them that this was new to me, they were patient in explaining to me what was needed and still helped me to meet my deadline even though it was a 24hr turnaround.

I told myself if I ever needed another banner, I knew where to go…..which is what I did….when I needed another banner 3 months later. Of course, again on short notice, they were able to produce. They even fitted a banner I purchased from them into a retractable stand I already had (free of charge). Did I mention that they completed this within 24hrs of my request? I was supposed to pick up the banner at 5:30, but got caught in traffic. Mike stayed late after the shop was closed on a Friday because he knew I needed the banner for an event that evening.
