This management in this daycare deserves 0 stars ⭐️ but I guess one is enough The unprofessional communication skills lack of care they showed with handling my sons enrollment was unprofessional and unacceptable I was told they took the daycare subsidy I applied for made me enroll my son grow threw all the hurdles and type ropes never gave me a tour of the school who never even met the The staff only two, not including the Director. I don’t even know the directors name they gave me a welcome packet all in all I gave them my approval letter and then they ghosted me and when I called, they would tell me to come in. He’s approved he can start then when I did come they told me oh he can’t start all the way until someone name Fatima told me the director will call me and she never did they ceased all contact wasted my time I could have been finding a new daycare which I eventually did ! I called up to the school to get my sons immunization records since they had no use for anything and again no one was picking up the phone so I popped up today I expectedly to pick up my sons information and of course they lost all his information and only gave me partially what I asked, for they didn’t even have his immunization record Even though I dropped them off two months prior my son is officially starting a new daycare, but this was literally the worst experience I have ever had with a daycare the rudeness of when I explain to them trying to defend what they done all they did was smile and try to make it seem like I should have known when they already put me through the process of the whole enrollment if you guys knew you couldn’t why make me go through all of that? a lady came out didn’t even tell me her name and when I told her me about any of what she’s telling me she”well I’M TELLING YOU “ My son is in a better daycare even great because the toddlers get to go outside and the experience of their learning is 10 times better than what this school stand for. I am a first time mom who did months worth of research/tours to find the best extended care for my child. I thank god everyday for blessing my family with LSC. From the very first moment during our tour, my daughter just felt so much love and comfort from the staff to the point she did not want to leave. From that moment forward LSC swept us of our feet’s. Children (specially my child) sense energy, and to see my child get excited everyday to go to LSC that gives us peace. They are very creative and interactive with the children’s daily learning activities. What I love the most is how they send pictures and videos throughout the day ensuring you that your child is eating and having a great time while setting milestones. Enrolling my twins in little sunshine center 2 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. They are very welcoming and treat my kids and us like family. My twins have learned so much, the staff are excellent, awesome people that my kids don’t even want to leave when I picked them up, even in the morning they get so exited to go. The activities they have for them at an early age is incredible, the teachers are amazing. My twins have been there since they were 4 months and they are almost turning 2. I highly recommend this daycare and school center for your kids.
