Lush Cosmetics Staten Island — Attraction in New York

I don’t often treat myself to things, but I’m working on self care. Going into Lush today was pure destiny, and I got to talk to Destiny herself who was so informative and literally hooked me up! She helped make recommendations based off what I was looking for, and even helped me find things I didn’t know existed there. She just helped elevate my self-care! Everything I got smells so good, and the little naked lotion I got as part of the Charity Pots made my skin feel so soft. I also got these massage bars that she told me about. As someone who’s recovering from a broken ankle and messed up wrist, I used the “after” massage bar when I got home. Not only did my skin feel soft and gentle after, I felt so relaxed by the smell and the ease of using it. I thought my total was easily going to be 200$ because it was getting so much, but NOPE! So I bought vegan, eco-friendly, delicious smelling self-care materials for my homemade spa at a cost effective rate with my wellness in mind. I had an amazing experience at this Lush location yesterday evening at around 6ish pm. All of the staff members were so friendly, and I even got to geek out and share some of my retro lush knowledge with them. I was practically dancing when I found a Blooming Dragon gift set, which contains my beloved, but no longer available, Celebrate shower gel! To top it all off, the associate who rung me up gave me a bunch of free samples!! They must have mind reading abilities, because all of the samples were items I totally love already. It was icing on the cake. The manager working at that time was also super awesome. She made sure I got a paper towel to dry my hands after demoing a sugar scrub. I went to this location on 6/18/22 And I was greeted by Kait who gave me an amazing experience her customer service was top tier and she was very informative and attentive to what I was looking for and what I needed. I love the fact that she wasn’t just trying to push a bunch of products on me, but she listened and delivered then suggested things according to what she observed from listening. I will absolutely be a recurring customer and bring others to this establishment. I was excited to know their products are vegan and vegetarian based which is exactly what I needed.
