Sunglass Hut — Attraction in New York

It was very close to closing time when I decided last minute to see if I can find the Gucci sunglasses that I have been looking for. I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Andrew. He showed great patience as I was being very particular and not to mention I was there with my three young children which weren’t so pleasant as it was close to bedtime. Andrew showed me many pairs of terrific sunglasses and even directed me towards what was trending. I wasn’t planning on buying a pair if I didn’t find what I was looking for but, thanks to Andrew I found two fabulous pairs that I fell in love with! Although it was after closing hours, Andrew was great with my kids and made us feel welcomed.

I’m a regular sunglass hut customer in numerous places across the world, I had purchased Guuci sunglasses in Mid October of 2017 and traveled out for work, I came to this place requesting a printout for my receipt and the employee told me that they couldn’t do that, but I could exchange my glasses for only another pair of Guccis meanwhile I’ve been able exchange multiple times in other locations for other brands as long as they were the equal or less value anything more expensive I would obviously pay for. If I can afford a 500$ pair of sunglasses n totally forget about it these for month n a half these employees should know that I’m not there to wast their or my time. I always get the same aviator Ray Bans year after year. This year I decided to switch it up! I walked into Sunglass Hut in the SI mall and was greeted by Anthony. He was amicable, patient and honest with his input and advice on which frame was best suited for me! I and future customers appreciate that he patiently cleaned/sanitized every pair that I tried on!
