After ordering a mouthwatering poke bowl, I was ready to begin devouring it, until I came across a dead fly in my rice. After seeing this I went up to the poke island, and presented them with the disgusting sight of a fly in the rice they just served me 3 minutes ago. They were hesitant to give me a new bowl, after I asked them 4 times. After they remade my bowl I expected some sort of apology maybe even a compensation for my troubles. They offered no apology, and not even an egg roll or a discount for my next meal. It looked just like what I had seen in YouTube videos, and the taste was exactly how I had imagined real ramen to be. The only minor letdown was the egg; it was a bit too firm and had a lingering aftertaste. Surprisingly, there was no wait in line, which left me wondering because their other dishes were fantastic. I also tried the chicken bun and cheese wonton, both of which were delicious. As for the iced teas, they were decent but a tad on the sweet side, and the mango ice tea had a faint soapy taste. Read moreTheir boba teas taste great, but for the past three times now over separate occasions, these black plastic things sit at the bottom and it’s a huge waste of money not being able to finish the entire juice. Someone else mentioned this in the reviews and showed a picture that looks just like my drink.
The teriyaki chicken bento is mediocre, as everything else to be honest but their juice was literally the only thing they got right until now :(( how disappointing
