WHOLE NAIL ACRYLIC BENDING!!! What type Of foolishness & ratchetness is this!! Get it together. Wish I read the reviews before coming here! Others experienced same thing!! Holiday nails ruined did not last do not believe the hype! Cheap acrylic I spend over $55 dollars on acrylic nails and gave her a tip, I ask her you guys do lashes she said yes, and I told her I just got my lashes done can you see if you can fill one little hair & she was so rude and cheap and pulled my hair extension from my eye, the audacity she didn’t care if my eyes were sensitive she put her own glue with my own lash extensions I had and pluck the hair, so unprofessional, disgusting behavior, unsanitary and unacceptable and she started laughing. Mean while this after me giving her a tip!! You don’t deserve credit I discredit you! The only one who’s good is the one who did my pedicure and the man. But that lady rushes my nails and my nails usually last for about a month in a half, from my original nail salon, new coming here I decided to stop by and big mistake I will stick to my nail salon!! 💅 I got my nails done and it started bending on the cuticle either she isn’t doing her job she does it so fast she isn’t putting enough product or the product itself is cheap. I went again so they can fix it which was nice they fix it free charge but still 2 days after the same thing!!!! I’m going to my original nail salon. Only good for pedicure natural cleaning but not for acrylic and be wary of that lady I mention she doesn’t do acrylic properly I’m not spending my money let alone give a tip for something that isn’t going to last & on top have her pull out my lash extensions from my eye instead of offering lash services with her own products, cheap unprofessional she just wants money without doing the quality services. In the pictures you can see my nails bending !!! As if I had these nails for a month no! I just got these redone by the same person! Who clearly isn’t doing her job correctly if the same thing keeps occurring with the same person doing my nails. She’s disrespectful and thinks it’s cute to play with my Money and time, and let alone pluck my lashes out my eye! Bad customer service and hospitality. Making me spend more money on transportation coming back to the wack cheap acrylic that is worse than a press nails!! Like you sure you went to nail school? For all that I would have gotten press on if my nails are lifting in 2 days of getting acrylic shame on you. !!!! Not once but Twice!!!! My nails Did not last 2 days !!$l this suppose to be acrylic set ?! New set ?!!!! Total of $200 spend toes nails and transportation 2 times and oh messed up lashes !! Poking my eye !! Don’t waste your time and money. Rude and disrespectful. She told me if it happens again the bending that she can’t do it please don’t touch my nails cus you clearly don’t know what you’re doing !! The problem is clearly you!! Give me my money back or get someone else to do my nails ain’t no way! You think is funny me spending gas money transportation, my nails Suppose To last a month but I guess it depends on the nail stylist because you clearly don’t know how to do nails !!! Go back to school or get better products! Highly disappointed. VERY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE cus you not doing it correctly. Be mindful of your customers like if you did well and the nails would of lasted and she didn’t laugh and rudely take my lashes of I would Of been a loyal customer but I see that they take their customers as a joke. Only person that seem nice was the guy and the other girl who did my pedicure, but the same lady who messed up my nails and robbed me for my earn money played with my time. Not once but twice! Acrylic set did not last me 48 hours!!!!! Shame on you. If you really think I’m coming again wrong 1 star! I’m just being honest with my experience & pictures are stating facts false advertisement, nail acrylic are not durable go somewhere better quality who don’t rush or invade your personal space! I have been going to Sun Moon and Nail Salon for years with the different change in management and have never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment as I did today.. I am truly disappointed. I walked in at about 10:15 for a pedicure and was greeted pleasantly. The woman who was attending to me seemed ok (I always give people the benefit of the doubt) and she started the pedicure.. During then process, she was abrupt and seemed a bit impatient but I didn’t let it bother me .. I needed my pedicure done and I wanted it done well.. let me point out that she accidentally cut my skin (she said sorry when I winced in pain) and I wasn’t even upset at that.. However, I was beginning to notice that she continued being abrupt with me especially when my toes wasn’t pointed down (I apologized) as she repositioned my toes( and rolled her eyes). At one point she got up & adjusted the chair and brought it all the way forward closer to her. Then I politely asked her if she could put the massage on .. that was a mistake! She snapped at me, rolled her eyes and said I should have asked her from the beginning when I got there.. I said, “I am sorry.. you usually put it on, I didn’t know. She started talking angrily and of course I don’t know what she was saying. I asked for someone else and tried to explain I meant no harm.. One lady started talking loudly.. practically yelling.. I asked her why she was yelling.. they got someone else but I felt as if I was being patronized by two others that wouldn’t let me explain but was loudly saying “ok, ok” while waving at me. I expressed my disappointment but they continued to “ok” me and even smiling at times (I don’t think their English is that limited). One lady even commented.. we should say ok this way: ( she mockingly repeated ok in a higher pitched drawn out tone while smiling). I just had the worst experience here. I came in and showed the nail technicians a design (simple blue ombré), in which they said they could do, and they said it would be similar to the picture. I agreeed to get my nails done and what I ended up with was a blue French tip that the salon was trying to charge me 55$ for. I told the woman doing my nails I'm not paying that amount, I would pay 40$ to finish my nails because I do not have time to redo them. In a matter of seconds I was surrounded by all of the nail technicians telling me" no no no, you no pay we take nail off now". I then told them I was going to pay them for what they gave me and nothing more and they continued to argue with me, which was pointless because I was not arguing with them to begin with. They demanded I soak off my nails or pay them the money. I refused to pay and said I was going to leave and the nail technician literally cut the tips off of my nails and I left. I will never ever go back to this place and I will not refer anyone to come here either. They tell you they can do designs that they know they can't and it's just not fair to the...
