I am very disappointed in the customer service I experienced today. I usually always come here because the food is good. They didn’t disclose that they didn’t take discover, which is why it kept declining. I literally was taking cash out my pocket to pay and they took the food off the counter and placed it behind the glass, as if I was going to run off with it. I've ordered from this place since the day it opened and the food is excellent always hot and fresh. They are always busy and hard working. I don't know about the other reviews but I never had any issues with my food and when they didn't put in a sauce for me they would drive back and bring me what I need. I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce on UberEats, when I opened the container, a metal object was in the food and partially sticking out of the container. I contacted UbeEats provided evidence etc and both Badong and UberEats are refusing to give me a refund .
