New De Xing — Restaurant in New York

If you're looking for frustration, disappointment, and a guaranteed waste of your money, this place delivers — just not the food you actually ordered. After giving them multiple chances (fool me once, shame on you...), they’ve proven consistent in one thing: getting it wrong every single time.

Missing items? Check. Wrong dishes? Every time. Cold, soggy, flavorless food that tastes like it was reheated from last week? Without fail. Calling to complain is a joke — the staff either acts indifferent or clueless

At this point, I have to believe they either don’t care or simply can't read. The level of incompetence is so baffling it’s almost impressive — if your goal is to ruin a simple dinner, this is the place.

There’s no excuse for a restaurant to repeatedly fail such basic standards. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Save yourself the aggravation and eat literally...

ZERO STARS

I ordered at 6:24... it’s now 8:42. Food still has not and probably won’t arrive. My calls are declined and the one call that wasn’t instantly declined, I was on hold for 6 min until they hung up. The person I talked to when ordering told me 40-45 and it has clearly extended past that time. At this point, I will not pay For Nor will I accept any food that may or may not arrive at my door. This behavior is unacceptable Update: 8:44 the man arrived and called my phone. I explain I’m not paying and he offers me a $2 discount saying the food is hot not cold. 2 hours ago, the one call they did answer from me, the woman’s called and told me my food is out for delivery. Either she lied or that food was cold. I still refused, I’m highly annoyed.

Btw.. they are located less than a mile...

The worst experience tonight. I placed an order at 9:28 was told that it will take 30-45 minutes. 45 minutes past still no food, I called and they said it's on the way. One hour past still nothing. About fifteen minutes after that my food came. I opened it and they messed up one of my order. I called and the man who answered the phone was rude and kept hanging up the phone on me. And then the boss called and said that I had to wait another 40 minutes for the right order to be delivered to me. So I told him no and that I would come get it myself. When I got there there was no apology for giving me the wrong order nothing. Except for "thank you" when I was leaving and when I didn't answer one of the guys there laughed. I just walked away and said nothing. I will never order from...
