I wish there would be negative stars for this rating but unfortunately not. This place definitely has no credit and abuse the right of “reserved all right”. This is the worst merchant ever that use all excuses to put them self in a favorable position. We paid two hundred dollars before the pandemic for their unlimited playtime accumulate card, we signed up for their flushing store and this was the third time. During the lockdown, the closed their Flushing store and there is no nearby store in the area. We called their phone number and the rep confirmed that we were able to get the refund when their LIC store reopens after July 24th. We called their number regarding this matter, the guy on the phone named Leo who claimed he is the manager/owner of this place not only refused to do the refund but also denied everything their rep said over the phone. You won’t even believe what his excuse. e.g. “you are wrong, we do not refund whatsoever and we reserved all rights. You can sell this card to your friends. You can come to our LIC store to play.(I don’t live in that area at all). We may reopen our Flushing store in the future but we cannot guarantee you when. You can wait until the COVID-19 is over to come.” He said we have already explained that this card couldn’t be refund in the first place but couldn’t really show us any policy in written, plus, they will deny whatever they said previously. They constantly demand the understanding from the client but never really thought about the client. They just ignored any reasonable request with one statement “reserved all rights”. It s not only about the refund but the way they handle customer service is...
Read moreAt first glance, this location seems to be a bargain with the vast array of activities for a young child but don't be totally fooled. I was first delighted to see the large trampoline and large ball pit when we entered. I quickly becamed alarmed with the number of potential hazards throughout the play areas as my child played. This location must have been very nice when it opened, but its started to show its age. There is countless areas that have been poorly mended or areas that needs repair, there are trap hazards throughout the whole location, electrical outlets that aren't covered (so little one don't stick their finger into), deflated toys in the ball pit, damaged toys in circulation, missing gangplank to get from one end to the other end of a corridor, nails protruding from the staircase within their mock castle (no shoes allowed inside play area), bathroom accommodation that isn't geared toward the younger age set either. To see your child smile is priceless, but to worry about the potential harms makes the value and experience go down drastically. I would suggest parents of toddlers to watch them closely as they play at this location. I don't want this review come across like a Debbie Downer or Karen, but these picayune issues I highlighted in my review, could be remedied fairly easy like removing the broken items out of circulation, put covers over the outlets, tape down electrical wiring, offer a step stool in bathroom for the kiddies). Hopefully management would read this and take steps to correct\address...
Read moreI wish there was 0 stars to be given for the management’s & employees professionalism for this place! Most horrible experience I have ever had.Leo ( manager) and his employees must learn that in the US people are expecting and paying for a totally different customer service than what they might offer! I had my daughter’s birthday party in this place and even though I was told prior to booking that I will be able to come check the room out 1/2 hr hour earlier then the start date, it would be ok. On the day of the party I showed up about 25 minutes earlier and I was told I couldn’t go in the room even though it was ready. I also had some balloons with my daughter’s name and I was told I would be able to hang it but instead I was told the staff will do it. Then the manager told me I got “these very cheap balloons “ and the color is not matching to the theme”- this something very disturbing to tell a client !!! Absolutely not acceptable! When the cake came the manager told me if I want to take it to the party room - which I said it’s your job to do and when I told him you will need to be careful - he just had a smirk and laughed saying - I have lots of experience not to worry. When I asked about the arrival time for the pizza they cut me off and talked over saying they’re checking now. Horrible horrible customer service! The party room is quite expensive for a mere 2 hours so no client should ever be treated in such way. Party planning parents - beware of being horribly...
