Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

We had tried 3 different locations, long island, Queens, and Astoria. So far long island is the best, and Astoria turn out to be the worst. Will Never go back to this location again. Here is why. 1. They seems to repeat use of the cooking oil many many times. We tried many stores, so we knew. It has that oily smell, and chicken is a bit dry. 2. Just like other reviewers said, their chicken is smaller, kind of wonder why. Aren't they the chain store, suppose to get from their master supplier? So for 9 pcs chickens total $13 and changes, included 4 wings 2 drums, and 3 cut in half breast. They are definitely over-charge me and you. 3. No parking, they are a business location, don't know why their side street is no standing anytime all the way to the end of the store. I don't mind put money into meter, but no standing anytime is ridiculous. Why don't City just put a "don't come here no more" sign instead. I would gladly...

Popeyes has the best chicken. Because of the taste of the food and the nice decorations and music I had a good experience at this location, even though it wasn't clear which customers were standing in line to order and which were waiting for pick up. I waited a minute behind 3 people before asking if they had already ordered and it turns out they had, so there was nobody in line waiting to order besides me. So I waited for nothing. the cashier made a mistake during ordering, there was no place to sit for about a minute after I got my food. The mistake during ordering was simply that the cashier didn't ask me which of the 4 types of chicken pieces I wanted in my order. Instead she just gave me whichever pieces she felt like giving me. We called in advance to request fresh food for UberEats delivery for my mother and I. After speaking to a manager who tells me that they can't cook my food for my order at any later time because he can't have the driver waiting. I told him I'd call the driver to let them know in advance, but he still declined me. Or when my name pops up on their screen to begin my food. At this point, he is now saying that they can't fit anymore food on the rack, since they drop about 100 chicken to cook at a time. Conversation ends, and about 35 min I get my food, only for the chicken to be cold and dry in my order. My French fries are cold and chewy, probably rotten so I tossed em.
